I told her that I will tip at the end. At the end I  was walking up to the car to get some cash to tip. The  masseuse ran  up  to me screaming asking why I did not tip her. I firmly told her to get back in and that I am getting her cash from the car to tip.  The massage itself was more like rubbing  your skin and there was no technique to the massage or any pressure. Save yourself  some time and money.

Rooms are not very soundproof as I listen to the conversation a room over the whole massage. Massage was good, but I struggle from migraines and the pulling she did on the back of my skull has made my migraine worse! They gave me a little stretchy half rope for my facial and while waiting to be taken back, I will say I felt quite cold! Facial was absolutely fantastic and Rebeca made me so relaxed! I could barely lift my left arm or move my neck without excruciating shooting pain, and I also haven't been sleeping well. Maybe that's happening because I'm almost 40 years old? Maybe suppressed trauma because my mother-in-law is an asshole? Maybe this was happening simply because I slept wrong? Either way....God definitely has a sense of humor, so who really knows why, but the gentleman I worked with today, his name is Dreylond, and I was absolutely not prepared for the level of relief he was about to give me on somatic level. absolutely changed all of this stiff, sore, cant move anything without level 10 pain: for me. I don't know anything about massage therapy, but whatever he did had me sobbing in the most beautiful way possible, and my left arm as well as my neck was absolutely back to normal. The massage itself was extremely aggressive -- not therapeutic or tension-relieving, but actually painful. I'm still sore three days later. Even more disruptive, my massage therapist answered the phone four times during the session. I could also clearly hear another staff member in the next room answering calls two or three more times. It made the whole experience feel chaotic and unprofessional. Despite voicing my concerns during the massage, nothing changed. This did not feel like a place that values customer comfort or understands what a relaxing spa experience should be. I was a little disappointed I didn't get a scalp massage. When I was face up, she climbed right on top of me and began massaging my thighs right into my groin. Weird. She's truly a master of this style, and achieves great leverage on nodal points this way. Kelly keeps track of your sore points between sessions with great percision, effectively evaluates changes before sessions, and works her magic accordingly. She's a complete body healing professional. The Kaizen space is tasteful and calming.
