Nope no issues here sir Next order of business was me just hoping they were saving money, because the air was so stagnant and hot in the lobby I had no idea who would want to enjoy that. I was given a "recommendation" to park at the end of the building, you know, closest to the spot I would assume held more body counts than the hotel did filled beds . The doors leading into the building were unlocked and you didn't even need a card key (not shocked they looked like Navy Seals blew through them in a close quarters battle). And the final straw was coming through the second floor door for it to reek of cigarette smoke and three doors down (no pun intended) to reek of marijuana smoke. I'm done. I walked into my room and called Expedia to try the refund route because I flat out felt the hotel was unsafe for my family and myself. My spider senses were going off so hard Peter Parker could relate. I go downstairs and tell them I'm leaving and they need to issue a refund and that I'd never signed up for this had I known. I was assured by the staff the manager would refund my money. Not shocked I'm currently fighting for that piece of it. On a side note you can't really put a price on safety for yourself and your family. My "recommendation" avoid this place! UPDATE - No surprise, never received a call back from management and they denied my refund. Opposite of what they promised me when I checked out. You're welcome for the thorough review.

The bathroom faucet had been replaced with one that didn't fit and I couldn't wash hands or face without water splashing all over counter. We requested a late checkout and staff knocked on our door at normal checkout time waking my husband up asking us if we had a late check out? Really! Check the computer first. Bathroom light kept going on and off. Hallway's were very very busy. Slamming doors, people standing in hall talking on cell phone. The ugly- I accidentally hit something attached to the bed frame really hard with my shin that left a bruise. When I looked it was a hard plastic square thing protruding out? Then I hit my arm on a hard plastic zipper cover on the side of the mattress? The dog walking area was littered with dog poop everywhere. Couch was old and arms faded. I was meeting a friend that lived just a couple miles from here so this was super convenient and it's close to several waterfalls and national parks and shopping so I like this area. This room is laid out amazingly well and I could probably manage four people in wheelchairs with the space in here. It's such a relief to have a room with the proper amount of space to maneuver and turn around a large wheelchair anywhere we need to. The door opens into a large open area and you can pass through there in to the expansive bathroom. I'm not sure why they call these accessible tubs since there is not a way to get somebody who can't step in and out of it into there. I do wish it had a roll in shower. But the roll under sink and the amount of space around the toilet are wonderful. We were in room 420. There is even space beyond the beds by the window to get chairs back there and turn around or leave them there to charge for the night. From the bathroom, there is a noise that sounds like there is a helicopter overhead. I don't know if we are right under something on the roof perhaps. There are some noises in the other room overnight as well but not bad. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Their buffet breakfast is at the top of even the rest of the Holiday Inn express breakfasts. The lady taking care of things kept everything well-stocked, the food was fresh and delicious, and she was keeping everything very clean.

DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!…read more I normally don't stay at this type of hotel, however, since we couldn't get an early check-in at the Crowne (1 exit up the road). We'd traveled literally 24 hours to get to Ohio and EVERY HOTEL we called this weekend was either sold out, overbooked or had zero vacancy EXCEPT this one. They said they had a smoking double bed room available. We are non-smokers, but needed to rest, shower and change while we waited for our 3pm check-in at the actual hotel we'd booked. The parking lot had many craters, HUGE car damaging holes to slalom around. The room was on the ground floor. Thank God i didnt damage my car getting to the room. Upon entering the cigarette smell was INCREDIBLY strong. I wondered if the room was clean, as I couldn't smell any air freshner when we entered. The sink had actual cigarette ash just left in it, which IMMEDIATELY had me SERIOUSLY questioning if the room was even cleaned. The floors looked vacuumed, the beds were made. There were NUMEROUS cigarette burns in the carpet, comforters and curtains. The fabric covered chair had a cornucopia of mystery stains and burn holes as well. The ceiling looked to have water damage in many areas that were patched and painted over. But the coup de gras was the tub. It LOOKED FILTHY and had SO MUCH PUTTY, SO MUCH PUTTY. Why not just replace it. As you can see, we purchased cleaning supplies and heavy duty fabreeze. For the quality of the room, any charge above FREE would have been overcharging. You have to return your room keys to the front office upon check out. We were literally the 3-4 hours while waiting for our actual hotel's check-in. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and polite. I'm thinking he was an owner. He seemed to care about his employees very much. That was why they got at least 1 star.
