    Best seat in the house!

The stay was wonderful. Room was wonderful. I'll never be able to look at a shower the same way again. 7 Jets of pure bliss. It was the best and most frequent shower I have ever taken. The food at 1951 was super tasty. Enjoyed on several occasions over the weekend and of course, no pictures. All delicious though. For real. All of the friendly staff are taking COVID precautions with masks, & hand sanitizers. No, there were no unfriendly staff, in case you were wondering. I didn't even realize they had an indoor water park. I didn't get a chance to go in this trio, it looked super fun though. Definitely looking forward to returning in the near future.

My hubby and i here overnight with our friends for our pilgrimage to Our Lady of Hope shrine in Champion Wi. There are not much hotels in the area. We're glad we chose this place. The room was spacious enough and comes with coffeemaker and mini fridge. Room was a little dated with cracks on the sink but it was clean. Comes with free continental breakfast. Staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. They also have an indoor heated swimming pool which unfortunately we didn't have time to use.

My family of 6 stayed here on a weeknight in July. The hotel was very reasonably priced for rooms and amenities. Our family of 6 easily fit in a double queen suite with pull out bed. Some hotels don't allow 6 in a room or give a huge up charge when you need a room to fit 6 , and that drives me crazy . There was no upcharge here, which I appreciate having 4 young kids. The room was spacious and beds were incredibly comfortable with clean ultra soft bedding. Bathroom was clean and basic. The room also had large desk, large tv, coffee maker, microwave, fridge. Free breakfast had bacon, eggs, pastries, waffles, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal. Pool area was almost empty and had my kids entertained for hours. We will definitely be back

Dirty and dated. The floors are dirty, the rooms are mostly clean, and the rooms have poor maintenance. The best they have is caulk to fill in cracks and the caulk is old and falling off itself. The furniture is dated and shows wear and tear. The pool is good for little kids but not much more.

    A very nice property.

Clean, friendly staff, easy parking, a very nice room, single Kbed, studio suite. I worked with the GM earlier this week to secure a room.

Look at the floor of the lobby and then the carpet in the hotel room. Horrible gym. 3 out of the 4 machines DO NOT EVEN POWER ON. No cups for water. The "weight machine" has handles that are straps knotted up. Unsafe and dig into your hand--will break any day now. This is a business that does not maintain its equipment. Never again.

Comfort Suites is a fine option for staying in Green Bay during the Packer Games. I'm assuming you're here for the game, because there's nothing else going on in Green Bay! Rooms are a bit small, I guess we didn't have a "suite". The beds are comfy and rooms are clean. There's a shuttle for $10 per person to the Packer games which drops you off right across the street from Lambeau at Kroll's. You also get a $5 coupon to use at the restaurant/bar afterward. But since our game was a night game the restaurant portion was closed save for pizzas. We just wanted to drink (and for free at that) and our server came by about once every two minutes to try to sell us a pizza or more drinks (that weren't free). For our money I would have skipped the shuttle in favor of parking for $15 on someone's lawn or near the stadium and tailgating; but if you're old like my folks and think driving in traffic for 20 minutes after a game is unbearable, the shuttle is for you.

Made to order omelet is a pleasant surprise at breakfast!

Very well maintained, new and upscale Comfort Suites. This is the best Comfort Suites we have encountered so far. Our room is very clean, spacious, luxurious. Breakfast is more than tour typical hot breakfast. The made to order omelet station was a surprise and a hit among the guests. Coffee is great too.

Stayed here on my trip to Green Bay. Very nice hotel. We got free breakfast and a shuttle to the Packers game which was only $10. It dropped us off right across from Lambeau Field. I definitely enjoyed my stay here.

They make cheeseheads proud. Very comfortable room, desk, and most importantly the bed. And the shower!!! Shower fixtures were nice but there wasn't a bath and the shower curtain seemed cheap, like something you might find in a health club. Bed was a little too firm for me, and I have a preference for firm mattresses. I woke up with a sore back 2 out of the 3 nights I stayed there. We tried to order room service as directed on the TV but the link didn't work, and evidently we had to call down to the front desk to order room service. Front desk directed us to the Tavern in the Sky restaurant to place the order, which we did. 80 mins later with no food delivered, we called back to check the status of the order, and the hostess claimed there was no record of our order. Disappointing - I don't know of any hotels charging over $1,000/night who don't have an easy process for room service ordering. Finally, couldn't get a shuttle to the airport when we checked out. I asked one of the valet gentlemen for help / inquiring if the shuttle was available, since there was evidently no pre-set shuttle schedule. He told me, "just give me one minute" and seemed flustered. Unfortunately my wife and I didn't have the luxury of waiting all day and had to order an Uber so that we could catch our flight out of Green Bay. Just disappointing - the people are all very nice, it's evident they just aren't fully equipped or accustomed to running at full speed or the full capacity entailed in a high profile football weekend.

Happily there was lots of free parking, bottled water, a complimentary breakfast, and lots of washers and dryers. The room is really a small apartment with everything we could possibly want for a month. It's clean, modern, well designed and very comfortable. Our room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and air conditioning perfect. Water was hot and pressure was good. The buffet breakfast was neat, clean and well stocked. I appreciated the cold brew, coffee, almond milk, oatmeal, and real dishes and cutlery. The waterpark and arcade keep the kids entertained for hours, making it a fun destination no matter the season. A special shout-out to Theresa at the front desk. We've worked with her multiple times over the past year, and she is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. It's refreshing to see a familiar face in hospitality, especially when employee turnover can be so common. During our most recent stay, she noticed that our room rate had dropped since we originally booked and proactively rebooked us at the lower rate. That level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. The facility is starting to show its age in some areas and could benefit from a few updates and refreshes. That said, the outstanding staff more than make up for it. Everyone we've interacted with has been welcoming and helpful, and it's clear they work hard to provide a positive experience for guests. The breakfast buffet was also a great value for families, with pricing of $7.95 for children 12 and under and $14.95 for ages 13 and up, along with a good variety of options. Overall, Tundra Lodge remains a fun family destination in Green Bay, and the exceptional customer service--especially from Theresa--is a big reason we continue to return several times each year.

The walls looked dingy and scuffed. The carpet looked worn, the wallpaper was peeling in the room. It just looked tired and like there had been very little upkeep. It was clean so I'm thankful for that. The thermostat in our room didn't really help but I find this to be the norm in almost all hotels we stay in now. They all have wall thermostats that really don't seem to control the temperature no matter what you do. If you bump it up it may be freezing cold for a few minutes and then you are roasting again. I almost wonder if they're like the "close door" button in an elevator. You think you have control over the temperature because there's a thermostat in the room but actually it's centrally controlled in some office and you have no control over the temperature in your room. I had never stayed in a Delta hotel and I don't ever plan on staying in another one because of this experience.
