During our most recent stay, she noticed that our room rate had dropped since we originally booked and proactively rebooked us at the lower rate. That level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. The facility is starting to show its age in some areas and could benefit from a few updates and refreshes. That said, the outstanding staff more than make up for it. Everyone we've interacted with has been welcoming and helpful, and it's clear they work hard to provide a positive experience for guests.
