What a fantastic hotel. The staff here is so kind and the facilities are beautiful. We checked in early and our room was ready, we got upstairs to a beautiful room with chocolates on the bed as a welcome. The room came stocked with two cans of water and had a gorgeous shower/bathroom. The shower was so cool! We also had coffee and breakfast at leap and bounds which was so good! Overall a great hotel and great proximity to Lambeau and titletown

What a beautiful place, staying here made my 1st time in Greenbay so enjoyable! The hosts are kind from the moment you enter the building. This hotel features include an indoor pool and unbelievable spa and a roof top restaurant with gourmet foods! Even better, its walking distance from Lambeau field!

Delightful little hotel across from Lanbeau stadium. Keurig machines and refrigerator. Fancy showers and cozy beds. Staff friendly. Restaurant and Bar as well as Spa facilities

I just love Kohler bathrooms. The fixtures alone are always so nice.

I've stayed in Kohler at the American club and enjoyed my experience there. Lodge Kohler in Green Bay Wisconsin does not disappoint either. Although it is much smaller than the Kohler Wisconsin location, it has all the same great amenities plus an incredible coffee shop that's super cozy and should not be missed. Kohler hotels never disappoint with all the amenities, including the spa that Kohler is renowned for. Service is top-notch and anything you need is there for you. Bonus, you can't beat the location right across the walkway to Titletown and across the street from Lambeau Field. You'll pay a bit more to stay but well worth the amenities that are given. Of course Kohler is known for their beautiful bathrooms with incredible amenities and what's not to love. The bed is comfortable and pillows are great plus the rooms are quiet. Don't miss the fifth floor restaurant and bar. It has a great view of Lambeau Field, especially at night and service along with the Food are nice. There's nothing like having dinner and not have to get back in your car and travel far. (You just get on the elevator and go right to your room). I was impressed at the fact that the restaurant/lounge area was quiet and tastefully decorated, and anyone who stayed on that floor didn't have to listen to noisy music or loud conversation. Great planning for a Kohler hotel that I have come to expect. I do have to say that the chocolates upon arrival to the room are a perfect added touch and they taste incredible. Pay the money, stay at this hotel. You owe it to yourself.

The waterpark and arcade keep the kids entertained for hours, making it a fun destination no matter the season. A special shout-out to Theresa at the front desk. We've worked with her multiple times over the past year, and she is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. It's refreshing to see a familiar face in hospitality, especially when employee turnover can be so common. During our most recent stay, she noticed that our room rate had dropped since we originally booked and proactively rebooked us at the lower rate. That level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. The facility is starting to show its age in some areas and could benefit from a few updates and refreshes. That said, the outstanding staff more than make up for it. Everyone we've interacted with has been welcoming and helpful, and it's clear they work hard to provide a positive experience for guests. The breakfast buffet was also a great value for families, with pricing of $7.95 for children 12 and under and $14.95 for ages 13 and up, along with a good variety of options. Overall, Tundra Lodge remains a fun family destination in Green Bay, and the exceptional customer service--especially from Theresa--is a big reason we continue to return several times each year.

I have a bad back which made my trip absolutely miserable. My husband does not have a bad back, but did by the time we left there! The corridors in the hotel were miserably, hot and humid. There's no AC in the hallways. NO GUEST ELEVATOR for the second floor for hauling luggage. So make sure you book a first floor room if you even dare stay at this hotel. The pool was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't dip my toes in it. I know it's a Wisconsin state law that if you can't see the bottom of the pool, they shouldn't be allowing people to swim in it. The pool was open and cesspool like. The pictures on the website were obviously deceiving and must have been from when it was brand new. To say that the the hotel looks subpar compared to the pictures isn't understatement! I was extremely disappointed that I didn't pick a different hotel with a similar location! I 0 out of 10 do not recommend this hotel unless you're passing through on a one night stay for Lambeau Field, can tolerate a really bad shower and a really uncomfortable bed. Such a disappointing we can get away from my husband and myself. It was three nights of hell.

The hotel itself is connected to nearby St. Norbert College, a well-known Catholic liberal arts college that gives much of De Pere its warm, intellectual, small-town atmosphere. The inn was developed in partnership with the college and carries a quiet elegance that fits the area beautifully. Located not far from the Fox River, the surrounding area has lovely walking paths, historic architecture, and that peaceful river-town feeling that made my husband and I immediately slow down and appreciate where we were. We had never visited this part of the country before and were simply passing through the De Pere area during a road trip. We had heard good things about both the town and the Kress Inn, so we decided to stay here while exploring northeastern Wisconsin. And honestly, it turned out to be a wonderful choice. The hotel has a sort of old-world elegance to it that we found very charming. Rich dark woods, classic furnishings, warm lighting, and traditional styling gave the inn a refined atmosphere without feeling stuffy or pretentious. At the same time, the modern amenities were all there, so the experience still felt comfortable and convenient rather than dated. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and everything worked exactly as it should. The reception staff were welcoming and efficient, and the entire stay felt smooth and relaxing from beginning to end. One thing we especially appreciated was the location. The Kress Inn made an excellent launching point for sightseeing throughout the area during our road trip. The surrounding town itself was surprisingly lovely with beautiful streets, river views, and a peaceful atmosphere that made us wish we had a little more time to linger. Sometimes when traveling through unfamiliar places, you stumble upon towns and hotels that simply feel pleasant and easy to be in. That was very much our experience here.

I had BED BUGS in my room 226, and although I did not get the majority of these bites until after the 7th night of my stay here (I travel for work), it does not mean that the bed bugs were not present the entire time, as she states. I woke up with bites all over my body, I can't plant bug bites on myself, and the bugs found under my mattress the morning after are evident of that. Per Amye's insistence that the bug bites were not from her hotel since live ones were not found, I greatly stress that my bites ARE from this hotel, and if I could interview the bed bugs themselves to find out why they waited to attack until the 7th night, I would. However, I cannot. I was unable to get any sort of compensation despite having to get a new suitcase, spending half the day at the laundromat, and changing hotels while getting 0 sleep for the rest of my work trip from being just purely disgusted with the bed bugs. I would not have as much of a problem if Amye did not tell me that my bites did not come from her hotel - calling me a liar. This is completely unprofessional and I am still having a hard time coming to terms with the fact that a General Manager talks to customers like this. I have attached picture evidence of the bugs and the accusations from the manager. Amye had originally said my bite pictures in the NEW hotel bathroom were "concerning". So, I have included pictures of my bites (on my arms only, although they are all over my body) from the original video I took the morning of, while trying to keep my indecency hidden.
