Was here for a couple of nights for business and it allowed me to further up my status with Choice Hotels. Walking in, the lobby is very large and brightly lit. Part of it is also used for the breakfast in the morning. Staff was very friendly and check-in was very easy. The whole place just felt very clean. My room was very clean as well. I had one of the small suites so there was a sitting area and then the bed. Bathroom was updated and clean and stocked with everything needed. Parking lot was easily accessible and easy to use a back door to walk up the stairs. Nothing sketchy about this place at all in the couple of nights I was there. Overall it was a good stay and it's close to the main road right off the freeway with all the businesses you could need. It's around a couple of other hotels as well. Not much else to say except I had a good experience and would definitely stay here again! read more

Enjoyed it. But I decided to go to front desk and get another night. Needless to say, MAKE SURE HE ACTUALLY PROCESSES IT ‍. Had to check out and check into a different room.... No hot tub for me. Though Jonesboro is not near an interstate, this brand spanking new CS is a great little discovery! On top of decent hotel rates, the rooms are clean and spacious, the indoor pool is clean and though sparse, the fitness center is clean w/new equipment (and I had it to myself for an hour!). The real selling point was the made to order omelets and the massage chair in the lobby! read more

Nice hotel. Relatively new. Spacious rooms. Bad elevator....very very very slow and inefficient for the size of the hotel. This is a wonderful hotel to stay at...... unless your counting on breakfast. This is in stark contrast to the Comfort Inn that we stayed at last night the service in the meal area here was great, this was a big fat zero. The lady was horrible. She told me that if I knew her story I'd put up with her. She said that they were out of eggs at 9:45. Yet at 10:00 an employee walked out with a plateful of eggs. Clearly the owners of this hotel look at breakfast as a place to cut expenses with bad service and food that is way way below par. With so many great voices available it's not necessary to deal with staff of this nature. Move on down the list and find another hotel. Still got 3 stars because everything else was very good. We stayed 2 nights for our son's bowling tournament. The room was Great! It was much bigger than we are used to- we had the handicap room. 2 queen beds, sleeper sofa, TV , microwave and fridge like usual. The shower was HOT! It was just what we needed after a long drive. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was real food- made to order. No waffles yet, but we managed with the rest- eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereal, muffins & ... yum! The pool was open too! We took in an ASU baseball game- just a few miles down from here. We stayed here years ago and will stay here again! read more

These rooms are almost big enough for 6 of us. We got 2 rooms - mom made 7. Couch pulls out for an extra bed or folds for a nook for kids to hang out. Outlets everywhere for all of our electronics. Great breakfast- with 4 boys I need variety. We found it- biscuits/gravy, eggs/bacon, pancakes/waffles and tons more. Wonderfully helpful staff! Beds are comfy and the Pillows- can't say enough - LOVE THEM! 4 per bed... I didn't have to share! This is a nice new hotel with suite rooms. The staff is extremely nice! Amenities are above expectations with a nice indoor pool, continental breakfast (and not just some cheesy muffins). Wi-Fi coverage and speed is good and the flat-panel televisions with cable TV is above par. I would recommend this venue to anyone. Be advised, the website says they take small pets but THEY DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. read more

We checked in late last night, the lady at the front desk was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable! The indoor pool was inviting after a long day of driving. The rooms are beautiful! Stayed here during a hunting trip and had no problems. 5 stars does not mean this place is better than a Hilton or Marriott but for the money in their hotel class I had no problems in fact of the 9 people with rooms no of us did. They staff was really friendly and I would stay there again. Close to a lot of restaurants on the main drag. read more

Great Hotel. This was my second time staying here and i had a very enjoyable time. All the rooms are roomy and come with hideaway couches. I really liked the free breakfast every morning. It wasn't just pastries and coffee, oh no, they had made to order omelets, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, a do-it yourself waffle bar and the other standard breakfast foods. This is great if you are trying to not spend so much money. We had a issue with our bathroom and even though the maintenance man was gone for the day, they called him back and he fixed the issue right away. Overall great hotel, i would definitely stay there again. read more

Didn't plan on staying in Jonesboro but my baby had enough in the car. We travel a lot and I am picky about my hotels. They have to have a pool, to wear the kid's out and a free hot breakfast. This hotel offers both. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds and pillows are soft. The lobby offers fresh cookies and a massage chair. The lobby is also decorated with Arkansas State sports paraphernalia. The pool was clean. The rooms offer pull out sofas, microwaves and mini fridges. The only complaint I have is the channels are limited and when you have four kids you want more than 2 kids channels. read more

Stayed in room 236 Oct 16th thru 22nd. Nice hotel. Breakfast adequate,,TV decent WIFI is HORRIBLE...as a business traveler I need wifi before and after my day. You can get decent connectivity in the lobby at the front desk but if you are expecting wifi in your room - forget it...I will NOT stay here again. Last time I stayed at the Hampton Inn and the wifi was better. $151 for Mon & Tues $115 for Wed $ 95 for Thu and Fri $ 91 for Sat Yes I spoke to the person at the front desk each night begining on Tues to no avail. Contrary to previous review the flat panel is 32" and adequate...most hotels are moving to 42" screens which is nice for Mon and Thurs night football. read more

Second time staying at this CS in Jonesboro. The staff is great and the rooms are very nice and spacious. The only negative about it is that the wifi internet is horrible. Am here for a long business trip and I almost have a better wifi connection from the Fairfield Inn next door. If they can get rid of this Ethostream wifi it would be a 5 star hotel imo. read more

Comfort inn and Suites Jonesboro on Access Road had terrible customer service. Could not explain why no room was clean two hours after checkout. Granted check in not until 3pm but front desk lady did not even care to try and accommodate an early arriving guest. She Would not contact management as well. read more

The room was clean and well appointed. The hotel lobby, is inviting. The pool was regularly maintained with plenty of extra towels available. The gym had up to date equipment with a flat screen tv, towels and a water fountain are there for guests. Above all the staff and management were super nice and welcoming. They showed clearly a committment to making our stay a happy and pleasant one! read more

Very nice motel. First time in Jonesboro, would definitely stay here again. My daughter, son in law and I were there for business and I went on internet to select somewhere to stay. Happy with Comfort Suites. Price was reasonable for 3 people. They offered free continental breakfast which offered waffles, pancakes, omelets, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereals breads, coffee, juice etc, which certainly outweighs what most other motels offer for their free breakfast. The employee that kept this area stocked and cleaned was pleasant, friendly and enjoyable to talk with, as was every one we talked with that worked there. The room was clean and offered 4 pillows per bed for soft of firm choice. Would recommend to others as a place to stay while in Jonesboro. read more

I stay there several times a year, and every time now it has been subpar. I have come to realize that this place is poorly managed and slowly falling apart. The breakfast is terrible and is rarely hot. The manager is extremely rude to guests, in the hotel and especially when you have to call about correcting billing errors that the hotel staff regularly makes. I am a government employee, and until now have stayed there several times. Every time I have had problems with my billing, stemming from the fact that they tell you they will honor the government rate and then do not. When you call to correct the issue it is usually a pain, but until now has been corrected. This time the manager refused to correct the issue. I recommend that all government employees avoid this place at all costs. There is a Fairfield Suites 200 feet away that is nice. I recommend choosing them over Comfort Suites. You will be glad you did. read more
