We spent last Thursday night with Embassy and it was the WORST night's sleep I've had at any hotel, and especially this one. It started about midnight. The noise coming from the next room was so loud, I thought my wife had left our TV on. Our bed was vibrating! The noise rocked on until 0400 and I had had enough. I started trying to call the front desk, once, twice, no joy. Tried calling on the outside line with my cell phone, no joy. Finally, on the fourth attempt at calling the front desk, someone answered and I explained the situation. The desk clerk tried calling the offending room, twice, no joy. She sent a person up there and he knocked on the offenders' door and no one answered. Finally, about 0430 the music, movies, and loud TV noise quit. We got about 3 hours sleep the entire night. We told the desk clerk the next morning when we checked out and their manager was going to call us, four days later, no call. We called them yesterday and were told again the manager would call us, STILL NO JOY! We paid for a room and a night's sleep and we got 3 hours sleep and the hotel management has done NOTHING!!!!!!! I guess we call Hilton next.

Part of it is also used for the breakfast in the morning. Staff was very friendly and check-in was very easy. The whole place just felt very clean. My room was very clean as well. I had one of the small suites so there was a sitting area and then the bed. Bathroom was updated and clean and stocked with everything needed. Parking lot was easily accessible and easy to use a back door to walk up the stairs. Nothing sketchy about this place at all in the couple of nights I was there. Overall it was a good stay and it's close to the main road right off the freeway with all the businesses you could need. It's around a couple of other hotels as well.
