At first they seemed very helpful to get a good idea of what is going on with custody situation. The women who were actually monitoring my visits seemed nice but were not truthful in their encounters. The woman handling scheduling, Rosario, was a nightmare in the end. Within weeks I could see how unprofessional this organization is. The last time I spoke on the phone with them they were completely disrespectful, rude, and dismissive. I assumed she was having a bad day, we've all been there. But no, I tried again and was met with the same attitude no one working in this field should have! Especially if they are going to be around children. Stay away from this company and find yourself someone who can respond to you and your kids needs in a calm manner. Court Monitor Job Description: to report and document facts of visits with children, and report their findings back to the court. Ms. Briseno is absolutely a professional. She communicates with both parents, constantly put the kids needs first and she is very timely with reports and court documentation. People writing negative reviews on here are all people who clearly have a personal / emotional interest in hurting the other parent. They can't prove facts! If your looking for someone to be non-biased and to document facts instead of emotions and lies from a parent than you should definitely hire Rosario Briseno. I cannot say it enough but she does an amazing job and really only cares about the kids welfare. Going through a divorce is very hard, extremely exhausting, emotionally draining and 1000 times harder on the children. One of the best things that could of happen to my children and me when I believed I was alone and that everything was lost was the Profesional staff of Comfot Zone. The owner Rosario B. When looking for a monitor we came upon Comfort Zones. Rosario Briseno, or Ms. Rosie as our kids called her, was a perfect match. She monitored our visits for a whole year. She was always quick to respond to our needs. And always tried to accommodate when she could. We had in person visits as well as zoom visits. Our kids were so comfortable around her, it didn't even phase them that she was there. They felt as if she was more of a family friend than someone who was actually supervising my husband's visits with his kids. Whenever we requested reports she was very thorough with recording how our visits went. My husband and I were very satisfied with her services. I would highly recommend her if you're looking for a great supervisor and someone thats easy to work with. read more

Omg, yes this woman put me in a state of panic. She was extremely rude and condescending, disrespectful and angry; during the entire conversation over the phone. She spoke to me as if she had more authority than I did or my ex; over decisions revolving visitation location and days of the week. She made false inaccurate allegations in regards to timeframe of date of initial contact from her company, stating that my ex had already missed out on two weeks of visitation with HIS children. She then continued to be verbally aggressive over the phone , she was extremely insensitive and disrespectful with me for feeling uncomfortable in regards to our children's mental health, safety and possible threat of abduction. She falsely accused me; then ended up corrected herself in regards to initial contact and intake paperwork; keep in mind, it had only been a week and there was a 4 day holiday weekend in between. Her team was also extremely unprofessional, referred to OUR children as HIS children and introduced themselves by first name basis, neglected, to even mention Rosario's information or trustline ID via text, without properly explaining who was the person texting and or their roles in the company, until I requested it. I was feeling extremely anxious and distrusting of this company from the start. She and her team referred to OUR children as HIS Children, which was extremely unprofessional and triggering for me. As I felt they were not being unbiased and or sensitive to any of my as the victim of abuse both physically, emotionally and psychological, which have clearly affected our children's lives. We are currently going to therapy to deal with the trauma, and I feel don't deserve to be put through any type of stress from her nor anyone. Again, this person is a complete stranger to our children and family, and seems to lack the ability to understand her role and the damage her demeanor can cause on a family. She seemed to be biased from the start. She came off as angry, and was attempting to skip state mandated intake processes to accommodate my ex., disregarding the retraining order and mental health of myself as the protected person. She attempted to demand I comply to accommodate his schedule and completely disregarded my request to accommodate the visits in the best interest of our children and a schedule that accommodates all parties. By choosing a location that would alleviate our children's anxiety and my concerns. I was simply attempting to explain my and our children's concerns and fears, and she was extremely insensitive, rude and disrespectful. She is definitely not qualified to handle cases revolving psychological trauma. I will be reporting this to the family court first thing Monday morning. As she caused me feel more anxious than I was to begin with, she made it seem as to I had to agree or else. She literally put me the break of tears and I had severe chest pain and anxiety for the rest of the day after a 18 minute conversation over the phone. It was the first time even speaking to her and it mortified me to think of her alone with our children. She is extremely unprofessional, and abusive. As I suffer from irregular heartbeat and underlining health problems. Thank you to all that took the time to write about the experience. She will doctor false reports and will ask you about your case knowing the case will be involving some form of abuse. She's also affiliated with her good friend Terrie Rubio with Reunited. I went to online to get a professional child monitor. Rosario Briseno was the cheapest I could find, however you pay for what you get. The price is a positive and was so low it enabled me to purchase many gifts for the children, and to pay for classes they desired. That's the end of the fairy tale. Rosario Briseno operates "COMFORT ZONES" this service which i paid was biased against me from the start. This woman allowed the mother to interfere and physically be present during my visitation. This woman lied to me and stated she would put in the report that i insisted the mother leave during my visit, and she didn't. This monitoring service allowed the mother to break their rules, the monitor broke her own rules and they never reported it. The monitor left me and the children during the visit, she just walked away and was gone for such a long time my children asked when she would be back. When i confronted her about this behavior she simply removed the day from the report and said that it never happened! While visiting with my children and explaining to them biblical morals and how my GOD views the importance of both the mother and the father, the monitor interrupts and states that the father isn't need to raise the kids. This woman I encountered at "comfort zones" is raising her child on her own. She was completely biased against me and wrote a report which reflected as such. I will never use this service again.
