I met the owner, Trista, who promised to run my dog for 30 minutes a couple times a week. So far, so good. A couple of weeks in, I was at work when I got a notification that my dog was out of the house (she has Tagg GPS after an escape and it alerts me when she's out for her run). I was bored and decided to live vicariously through her and clicked the "track" option to see what fun she was having. Imagine my surprise as I watched Trista sloooooowly walk my dog basically around the block in 30 minutes (up a couple blocks, over one, and back home). Definitely not the 30 minute run I was paying for and my dog was expecting! But, I didn't want to jump to any conclusions. It was a warm day. My dog (a lab/chow mix) is fluffy and needs to lose weight due to steroids for allergies. Maybe she got hurt. Maybe Trista got hurt. There could be all sorts of reasons why she wasn't able to run that day. So I sent a message to Trista and asked her how everything went. I was expecting her to tell me that some problem came up. Imagine my surprise when she told me everything went fine and my dog was tired out after their adventure! At that point, I confronted her with the GPS information. Only then did she claim it was a hot day (actually, I'd asked her to come in the morning so it wasn't that hot yet) and that she was worried about running her. She also claimed she had been having problems with my dog laying down when she tried to head home and refusing to come home within the 30 minutes (well, of course, she isn't going to want to come home if she hasn't had her exercise! She very willingly heads home after she's tired). I checked the past GPS data and found that my dog had never been out with her for more than 30 minutes, so clearly the line about not being able to get her home within 30 minutes also wasn't true. She said she wouldn't charge me for that run since they didn't run - yeah, well, what about the other "runs" that you also probably did not provide? Why would I believe the only time you were dishonest was the one day I happened to catch you? Obviously, I would never want anyone to exercise my dog if they didn't think they could do it safely. But if there is an issue, tell me! Don't pretend you provided the service! The fact that the safety concerns were only raised after I confronted her with the GPS data is pretty suspicious to me. And my dog had been running for several months prior to this with no problems so she was clearly capable of running. Basically, she got caught and tried to come up with an excuse. I think maybe Djog is an abbreviation for "didn't jog" because they sure didn't jog my dog.

My neighbors (2 separate neighbors) who are often home confirmed my pup was getting maybe 10 minute or less walks a day. I work 12 hour shifts and this is not fair to my dog. I posted on a neighborhood app and found a new walker after explaining my situation and many other walkers have said the same thing about this business. About others not getting walks, double booking, ect... after confronting the person about it they said my accusations were false when there's evidence that it's not. Anywho. Spare yourself.

The care our cat received was completely inadequate, and grossly negligent, however. Provided directions were not followed. The pet sitter failed to give any of the fresh food that had been prepared specifically for our cat, and did not prepare other food according to the provided instructions. The pet sitter also failed to give our cat any water, at all, the entire time we were gone. What little water remained in the bowls when we returned home had turned a gross yellow/green color. How a professional cat sitter could fail to follow written instructions, and neglect to provide water to an animal for such a long time is beyond me. Our cat was extremely dehydrated and unwell when we returned home, due to the negligent care. As a parting gift, a mess of discarded cat food was also left around the trash bin. The trash bin was permanently stained from cat food that had been discarded without a trash bag. Our cat was dehydrated, unwell, and lucky to be alive after not receiving any water or adequate nutrition while we were away. This professional cat sitter could not follow the essential written or verbal instructions for taking care of our cat. I cannot recommend this business.

During this time, she has proven to be reliable, caring, able to follow instructions and I never worry for a second when I leave my animals in her care. She even went out of her way to buy dog socks for my senior dog who was having mobility issues. She has done over 40 pet sits for my company, and probably as many for me personally. She always goes above and beyond for her clients and my dogs. The negative review on this site must be meant for somebody else. None of these things are true about LLC Pet Sitting.

It's really made a difference in our household where the two of us work full time. For the dog park adventures, Not only is our dog having fun, but she makes sure he sticks close and doesn't wander too far from the pack. At the end of each day, she writes us a quick update on the day's events. As for boarding, Veda has taken great care of our dog for up to a week at a time. She's more affordable than the kennel we were using and our dog is much happier since he's getting attention and activity all day long.

This was important to me because long-term health was a higher priority than achieving a particular show or competition look for me. After adopting my 2 retired queens from Louis. I have considered other options when I decided I wanted another kitten. I looked at shelters and private listings, but ultimately returned to Louis because I felt more comfortable with his breeding program and his emphasis on health. Finding a kitten with a strong genetic background and a stable start in life was important to me. The kitten I adopted has been healthy, confident, and has an excellent temperament. He's affectionate, energetic, and very attached to me. He also integrated well with my other cats, and they have become the bestest siblings. I also appreciated that Louis exposed his kittens to a variety of foods early in life. I feed my cats a raw diet, transitioning my older cat from dry food to raw was a much more difficult process. In contrast, my kitten adapted to a raw diet immediately after coming home and had no issues with the transition. I would recommend Louis to anyone looking for a breeder who places importance on the health and well-being of his cats.
