Don't let the drive scare you, when it looks like maybe you are at the wrong place just keep following the directions: this place is behind a house but there are signs as you get closer. You pull in to the drive way and in the back you will find parking and you can do pick up or eat in: they have large coolers going so that you get some cool air. The restroom was a little scary and looks like it isn't fully done but at least there is one. The carne asada is for sure the star dish. It was seasoned beautifully. The costillas were also very good. Staff is super friendly and they give you a complimentary try of their asada. They bring all the toppings to your table and the aguas are really good too. Comiendo con Memo was a pleasant little experience. When you first sit down someone comes and slices up a little bit of carne at your table as a sample of what's ahead, I love this attention to detail and customer satisfaction. We were checked on frequently and our food didn't take long to come out at all. We got our check out in a timely manner as well, service left little to nothing to be desired. We ordered a large horchata, tacos de lengua, carne asada quesadillas and quesabirria tacos. The consomé for the quesabirria could have been a little more flavorful but it got the job done. My boyfriend really enjoyed the lengua tacos , perfectly moist with no unwanted fatty pieces. They use the best cheese for their carne asada quesadilla which makes up for size of them. Over all a little on the pricier side for street tacos, but the authentic Mexican flavor makes it worth it. Aesthetically I loved the ambiance of street stand/ fully operational restaurant. One word Genius. My niece has been telling me about this place. So I happen to be in Laveen to go pickup something for my garden. I'm like ok where is this taco spot. She sends the pix. It looks to be on old farm land. Just up from South Mountain. At night it is a really cool rustic vybe going on. You can drive up and get your food to go or eat there. Tonight I'm going back with a group of friends. Now to the food 5 stars on the street tacos. The meat I tried 6 types was awesome. As my niece said it is the fresh toppings that take it to another level. Shaved cabbage, pickled onions, pico, radish, cucumber, cilantro onion mix, avocado sauce, hot sauce was so flavorful. Luckily when I moved to laveen I found this spot quickly right across from Amadio Farm! First off it's a small little dirt lot that they have set up chairs tables and tent for cover. You can either order with the person when you pull in and take it to go. Or you can pass the lady taking orders and parj your car and eat there! memo is the grill chef and is always so friendly when we come. ive had family members visit and we take them to very fancy places in scottsdale and then take them here and majority of people say this was better! the food is amazing all the tacos ive had has been delicious! i usually go pastor and asada! i also get their queso birria with the consume and omfg!BOMB! something most people don't know about is their ribs.... don't sleep on them and a full portion is huge so be prepared to share or ask for half! I've gotten them to cater a lot to parties with party trays and every one leaves happy! horchata is delicous also! DONT SLEEP ON ANYTHING! i think they are only open tuesday-saturday and dont open till 5 which is the only downfall on the weekends if im craving tacos earlier! WOW!! All I can say is that I'm so sad that I didn't try this place sooner. We stopped here today finally. We ordered 1 quesabirria, 2 carne asada, 1 chicken and 1 al pastor taco. The star of the show was the quesabirria! It is a fried taco with shredded beef and cheese inside, served with consommé for dipping. It is so so tasty! The carne asada was very very good too (I normally judge any Mexican spot by their carne asada). The Al pastor was good. The chicken was mediocre -- I wouldn't order it again. They throw in all of your salsas, onion and cilantro, radishes and cucumbers, limes etc. Anyways, we finished these and I ended up asking my boyfriend to go back for more quesabirria tacos. I have never had him do something like that before so you know that these tacos are seriously amazing! By the way, this is a food truck. They have outside seating available. Service was very fast. Heard of Comiendo Con Memo from a local neighbor and luckily they had just moved right up the street for me to try them. I been eating there for about 5 months now and my family and I typically eat CCM about 2-3 times a month, that in itself should say something! Very good tacos. My husband typically gets the carne asada with cheese and I will switch between the carne asada, birria tacos, and quesabirria tacos. Service is very friendly and attentive. Wait times can get a little long so if you are picking up I highly recommend calling in advance for a smooth and fast pickup. The only reason for one star loss is that although they are good tacos they are fairly small for the price. I been to other small local businesses serving similar items but the taco sizes were bigger. Otherwise everything else is great. I will continue to be a Memos tacos fan! read more

Stopped at this food truck that's always parked by our house last night. They had it setup as a drive thru which was a pleasant surprise, but you could also eat there as they had a table and chairs setup as well. A woman came to our car and took our order. Random but they didn't have chicken on their menu so if you're looking for chicken you won't find it here. Once she took our order she directed us to park our car and she'd bring us our food. The only down side was it took about 25 minutes for our food to come and with a food truck you'd expect it to be quick. With that said our food tasted amazing! They are exactly the same tacos I get while in México, complete with the full offering of toppings from pickled red onions, cucumbers, radishes, cilantro, etc. The tacos come as meat and tortillas so you can add what you want, except al pastor includes a thin slice of pineapple. Flour or corn tortillas available. They have recently moved locations & why?? Because there wasn't enough room for the huge line of customers and cars at other locations! One of THE BEST food trucks in the Valley! We tried the carne asada, al pastor, cabeza, chorizo and tripa tacos. I was especially excited about the tripa because very few taquerías sell them, and I think I may have just found my favorite! It's perfectly crispy, but not too greasy. My boyfriend really liked the tacos de cabeza. We also thought the taco al pastor is one of the best we've ever had. It even includes little chunks of charred pineapple, which really balances the spices of that signature al pastor taste with some natural sweetness. My only recommendation for this business is that they improve their salsa roja or add other varieties of salsas. It's a little too runny and not our favorite flavor. I don't write as many reviews as I used to but I felt the need this time. Initially this place was off of baseline and 75th ave but the relocated to dobbins across from the Amadio farm. The first time I ate here I rode by on my bike and the smell pulled me away from exercise and towards food. This experience is pretty simple for me. They have great flavors and great ingredients. It seems like a family and friend type business and as a result everyone is nice and attentive. They bring you a sample of the asada and that really sets the tone. The sample is so flavorful and tasty and it's hard to wait for your order. I have had the cheek tacos, the asada, and the al pastor. They were all delicious. they have two different salsas that come with as well as pickled onions, finely shredded cabbage, and cilantro and white onions as garnishes for you to use at your discretion. I think this is a great local place and I hope that we all support them enough so that they stick around for a while.
