I tried to contact yelp to have it deleted and am still trying to accomplish that, but anybody who is lucky enough to be seen by this doctor will not regret it. I can't say much other things that other reviews haven't said, but he is hands down the most caring doctor you will find. I believe his practice has been full and I regret having to have left for financial constraints at the time, but it was my loss. As you can see, he doesn't need anymore positive reviews, but deserves every single one he receives and if I had the opportunity, I'd have him as my GP.

This NEVER happened when they were an independent operation. Typical "enshittification"...as businesses consolidate and are swallowed up by larger entities, patients and customers become numbers, and the customer experience is put on the back burner. This is what I'm seeing everywhere, and Arbor Family Medicine is the latest casualty. This review is solely regarding the experience of trying to communicate with the front desk.
