Mr Manger has always provided help without asking, quality customer service, and very fair resolutions, regularly that I've experienced, and observed his consistent friendly support to other customers as well.

I get a call back and they state the pickup day was two weeks prior however website was not updated. They inform me they don't know if they have my items that they will have to look for them. I reach back out today to follow up on my items and have to leave a message again. Wes Manger calls me back incredibly rude stating he can't drive but I can get them after the fourth. I kindly ask if I could come pickup the items where he begins to raise his voice and remind me he can't drive, asking me what world do I live in, etc. He then refused to let me get my items and said he was going to refund me. I do not recommend ANY business who berates their paying customers. Take your business elsewhere.

For a buyer, they are a GREAT resource for furniture, vintage items, collectibles, etc. I've purchased some amazing things from solid wood, handmade Clore furniture, vintage cast iron (very collectible) cast iron pans to antique Persian area rugs, craft items, etc. If you know what you're looking for and are knowledgeable about the value of the items you're interested in, Dixon's is a wonderful experience! Even if you're not an expert and you bid on something that you like, you won't be disappointed. As for the people, I find them extremely helpful and easy to work with. Ed, Billy, Bruce and Ian are great!. Now that they have opened their location at Virginia Center Commons, the previews for their weekly in-house online auctions are even better. One thing that also sets Dixon's apart from some of the other auction houses is that they have staff available who will help carry and load items. For sellers, any kind of auction can be difficult emotionally. As someone who has "cleaned out" my elderly parent's home, the things that we/our parents value don't carry that same value for others. Consequently, you can't expect the "antique" desk that your mother treasured to be purchased for big $$. If it's that valuable to your family, KEEP IT! Or at the very least, establish an auction minimum for the item. That being said, I have regularly seen truly valuable antiques and fine, handcrafted furniture bring high prices at a Dixon auction. Collectors/folks who appreciate those items regularly preview their auctions so if your item is a standout , it will be noticed by the experts.

Also offered to repair again, but after the escalation of this situation and dealing with staff at store on multiple occasions in-person and phone asking to have this done in the first place, we declined to use them to repair the cracked screen. Update: "Jeff", the manager reached out to repair via text, but we simply don't trust this business after visiting in person and then calling twice afterwards to have them replace in one day. Sorry, but we have never had a cracked phone screen in this household until we used your product. And it very well could have been cracked or dropped by your business since we noticed the cracks less than 18 hours after getting the phone back. It's a shame you couldn't replace it when we brought it to the store. Hopefully, a refund will be made since we gave you three chances to make it right. Steer clear! This place will swindle you. They do not honor warranty. Had a screen replaced because the touch aspect stopped working. Had phone for four years and never had a cracked screen. Less than 24 hours after getting it replaced, screen cracked and not by dropping. Paid $150 to replace the first time for an older Samsung Galaxy. Staff was rude and said they don't replace from phone drops, but if they opened phone they could tell if it was dropped or not. Hmmm, so I should believe them to tell me if the phone was or wasn't dropped? As it's an older phone (four years), I can guarantee it has been dropped a few times, so looks like an easy out for them to not cover warranty. They are either really bad at repairs or offer cheap replacement products to customers. Go to a more reputable place, like Computer Cave. They are honest and offer quality repair and products. Staff at this Fruit Fixed Store couldn't even tell me how much the part the cost or even acknowledge that glass can crack from cheap quality or improper repair. Save your money and repair elsewhere at a more reputable place.
