But as it got closer to the April 15 deadline, his manner turned abruptly rude, "yelling" at me in ALL CAPS when I didn't understand what he needed, and sending other curt messages. When I asked if we could speak by phone to clarify, he yelled in all caps again. Then, when I called him on his behavior, he claimed his caps button got locked - which is ridiculous. When the taxes were complete, there was no opportunity for any in-person or even zoom-like meeting to ask questions about the way in which he had prepared my taxes.
