His early assistance was prompt, thorough and he also is very experienced with various tax issues. Cons - He has the capacity to be highly unprofessional once his comfort level settles in. I could go on and will spare you the details, but the bottom line is after several weeks of his subsequent unresponsiveness, I lost a lot of time.
