I didn't realize I was getting charged a late fee, and I would have made sure it wasn't a day late if I had known. I've been late throughout the years because I work in tech and there have been mass layoffs over the past couple years and it affected me. The woman who calls me regularly almost relishes leaving me nasty messages and emails. My car has been close to repossession a few times and she didn't even mention they have a 3 months of not paying solution. I'm going to call the local news (I have a contact) to make this into a story. It directly contradicts their brand message of "loving their neighbor customers"!
