There were no other customers in any of the drive through lanes. After waiting 8 minutes to get a receipt , I called the teller and he said he was terribly busy and to give him more time. As a retired Service Representative of 34 years, a response like that would have gotten me fired. This is unprofessional and uncalled for. PNC TRAIN YOUR TELLERS BETTER!
