During the filling she checked in about my comfort a few times. Her assistant (zach?) was skilled and experienced. They worked together efficiently and I was done quickly. This dentistry office had trouble filling all their hygienist positions for a few years through covid, but they have been back to full staffing for about a year and once again seem to be able to schedule 6 month cleanings without a problem.

I've been attending Dr. Ellen Kelly since January but waited on my review because I didn't want to…read morejinx things. Now though the full outcome of the subsequent work Dr. Kelly did for me (today Nov. 20) remains to be seen I feel compelled to share my experience at this practice and with this super smart and wonderful practitioner. First of all, because the root canal I needed done by Dr. Kelly was on roots that go in weird directions she had her work cut out for her. Yet, wow did Dr. Kelly patiently embrace the challenges of that, gently trying to reach all angles of my roots. More importantly all the while she communicated clearly and honestly, including not promising her work would succeed. As valuable to me too was that several times in the past year when I needed reassurance about the progress or not of the healing she willingly had me come in to check things out. Then when she felt things weren't healing satisfactorily she wanted to do today's procedure (an apicoectomy) to try and reach the root end that couldn't be reached the regular root canal route. Now having had two procedures with Dr. Kelly and witnessed her consummate skill with these gnarly procedures, that she manages with a lively, caring, and sometimes wonderfully humorous demeanor, I feel she deserves this review even if this work fails too. And of course if it succeeds it will only be thanks to this gifted practitioner. Thank you SO much Dr. Kelly for making this journey much less stressful. Thank you Schuyler, for your warmth and what you do by Dr. Kelly's side. Yor are an invaluable presence during these procedures. Also, thank you Cindy, and Kelsey (forgive me if my spelling is incorrect) for how responsive you are on the phone and when I arrive for my appointments. Your presences are much needed too. I…read morecan truly say after having several extractions followed with by the implants, I never had a single second of pain or even discomfort. Lots of bruising and swelling, but no pain. The office is exceptionally clean and personnel delightful. When I needed a graft done recently, I had no reservations about going back when my dentist said what I needed to have done. I would recommend highly. Hope I dont have to go back but if I do, will feel quite at ease with whatever Dr Kelly needed to do.

After X-rays she thought a prior root canal had failed and that she could save the tooth. And she did -- with care, good advice and humor. Very high marks. Very little hierarchy in the office-- just attention and friendly care. Again, top notch. Also, Dr Saunders quietly hummed to herself as she did her precise excavations. To an 80 year old, this was relaxing and endearing. Probably would be to any aged person.

Dr. Connelly was my doctor for this procedure, and not only did he do a fantastic job, but I don't see how his work could have been improved upon. It did NOT hurt!!! As another patient has commented, the doctor's running narrative is interesting and helpful, I feel. (Also distracting!) I had read several internet articles about this procedure--only consulted reputable medical sources, of course--and they told me there would be no pain. And they were right! Aside from the few seconds I was being injected with painkiller, I experienced no discomfort at all. Immaculate office space, kindly receptionists and dental assistants, and 1970's classic music. She sat on my lap the entire time during my cleaning and the hygienist was amazing with her. They've expanded into two offices in the same building and even have a relaxation room if you get there early which I did. What a treat with a massage chair, headphones, electric fireplace, diffuser, lamp and blankets. My cleanings have always been amazing and their customer service is always so sweet!

He recently created a crown for a back molar that had cracked, and it fits perfectly. Instead of an aggressive total modification, he was able to restore tooth function with minimal invasion. I found another dentist in the meantime and forgot about this appointment I made with them. Two weeks ago, maybe a year or more after I scheduled the appointment, I get a notice from them saying that if I don't pay them $29 immediately they are sending me to collections. No explanation of what the bill is for, nothing. I left a message with their billing office and can not reach anyone to find out what they are billing me for. I have never stepped foot in their office! Really bad customer service!

Because I had been unable to get a cleaning for a little while, she was even thoughtful enough to split my cleaning into two different appointments with two separate codes for insurance so that my teeth and gums would not be unnecessarily aggravated. Dr. Harrison was professional, polite, and answered all my questions as well. This is now my new dental office and I am excited to have a great care team that considers all my needs!
