Shalonda has been my dental hygenist for the last while and she is so, so sweet and pleasant to see. The dental hygenists here are very gentle and will make adjustments if needed for any particularities. The team is top tier and both Dr. Vacca's are so kind.

All was well, even saw the transition of the main dentist son come aboard and being a father myself was great to see this from a Legacy perspective. In the last few years the quality of the people in the front desk, main the office manager has not only shocked me, but sad to see. My situation was this: I am a business owner and travel more at certain times, I have conveyed this for years as a patient/client relationship kind of deal: wife and kids visit this office, oh and also in-laws (they have recommended me to this office) so has been maybe even 20 years of family going to this office I would think, back to the issue: I go to an appointment and while sitting there was told hey, can we reschedule you for another date, I am a make lemonade out of lemons kind of person, so ok no problem, now have I missed some appointments due to travel time, yes, but would pay the $50 on top of co-pays. One day in speaking with the office manager she with a nasty energy said I can't make any appointments for you, I asked why and she stated that John does not want you as a patient, I was shocked and dis-belief, due to the relationship for years, it's not that dentist can turn anybody away, but for me whatever the reason was for was never discussed as hey, you missed 2 appointments and these are our rules, was a bit disappointed to see a business office handle this situation that way. One the office manager could have made the situation a situation that could have caused a bigger issue by the way it was handled, 2 the trust is broken by the way it was handled and now the office may lose 6 clients, due to one conversation that could have been had, sad to see, I hope the office manger does not destroy them or cause a major issue there

While Airr BB'ing in their neighborhood a year or so ago I came across the JK DDS office in a lovely house converted to dentist office on the corner and needed a 'clean and check' so thought why not give them a try. Fast forward to yesterday I had a small pain, (popcorn kernel emergency : ) I wanted them to look at and they immediately worked me in first thing in the morning and quickly took care of the issue. I'd like to give them a proverbial 'shout out' for a friendly warm genuinely kind and compassionate staff ~ from the front desk to the hygienist to the Dr to check out ~ this is a First class operation. 2 thumbs up 5 stars! If you're ISO of a lovely comfortable place to take care of your family dental needs this is it. Scott

I received a root canal treatment from your office approximately five years ago, for which I paid…read morearound $2,000. At a recent visit with my current dentist, I was informed that the original root canal was not completed properly and that I would need to have the procedure redone. After scheduling an appointment with your office, I was told I would receive an estimate by email within a few days. After waiting about a month without receiving anything, I called three days prior to my scheduled appointment to request the cost, since no estimate had been sent. During that call, I was given a price verbally and was told I would receive confirmation two days prior to my appointment. I also specifically requested that the estimate be emailed to me. Shortly after that call, I received an emailed estimate that was approximately double the price I had just been quoted over the phone. This inconsistency was very concerning and has caused me to question the transparency and reliability of the pricing information I was given. I would appreciate clarification regarding the pricing difference and an explanation of the original treatment outcome.

All I had thus far was an exam but believe me when I say it is always a trumatic experience for me. This is because of the fear I have of any dentist office. Dr. Finkler was AMAZING. Although I feel like he thought I was crazy for all the crying lol, he empathized with me and helped me get through the exam. This was huge! Dr. Finkler's assistant was awesome. She was knowledgeable and very nice. The office staff were also exceptional. Brittany was kind and helpful. Best customer service experience in quite a while. That's a big deal, especially in this day and time. The front and back office appeared to be very clean and stylish. Trust me, I've been in the dentist office where there was a bloody tooth in the seat! So I look for cleanliness. Oh yeah, I never went back there! I have an appointment for a root canal next week at Commonwealth I'll follow up my review afterwards, eeek! 11/5/19 I said I'd update my review and here I am. I've since had my root canal and I'm feeling better. The whole experience has been A++! Dr. Finkler is awesome as is his staff! If you need a root canal I highly recommend Commonwealth Endodontics!
