During our first visit, I explained that my neck injury treatment would be complicated due to bilateral shoulder injuries. I explained that they were out-of-state work related injuries and that I was having issues finding providers willing to take me on due to the insurance issues. Emily volunteered to sign on as a provider. Just like that. She cheerfully filled out all of that paperwork. Over the past couple of years, Emily has treated me for my injuries through two surgeries (and likely a third soon) with the same gracious ease and compassion that she exhibited that first day. She's treated my husband for a knee injury (same car accident) and my son when his knee was annihilated on the football field. She's been a fantastic cheerleader and advocate for me throughout this ordeal. Honestly, there are days when I feel like Emily is the only person involved in my care who actually listens when I talk. She knows when to push and she knows when to stop. She's also funny and charming and makes the work of recovery seem less like work. When Emily took some time off to have a baby, my treatment was taken over by Steve. Steve is just a skilled and friendly as Emily. He's easy to talk to and willing to consider all available options for treatment (even crazy sounding stuff like "Dry Needling"). He's also not offended when you tell him that you'll never consider that painful, new aged hooey ever again. These folks will go out of their way to make sure that you get what you need to get better. You just have to show up and sweat. So, when you find yourself busted and broken, I'd highly recommend the team at KORT in New Albany. You'll get top-notch, compassionate care from people who actually love what they do and do it well.

He scheduled my husband for a sleep study as he thought he had sleep apnea. My husband was able to get in for the sleep study within a weeks time and had the results with a couple weeks. It did not turn out to be sleep apnea, but Dr. Siepel was able to diagnose the problem and get my husband put on medication to help him with the issue. Both times we visited Dr. Siepel's office, we were in and out within a half an hour, wait time included (why can't more doctors run their offices like this?). Dr. Siepel is also hilarious!! Pay attention to what he say because he has that dry sense of humor where you will not even catch the joke unless you're listening closely. I did not stop laughing the entire time I was in there. His sense of humor took an extremely scary, stressful situation and added some light heartedness to it. Thank you Dr. Joseph Siepel!

If any of you have looked for a new doctor, you know how hard it is to find a decent doctor accepting new patients. Fortunately, I finally found Dr. Phelps at Norton's in Clarksville. Dr. Phelps gave me my first physical in 2 years. I found Dr. Phelps to be thorough and pleasant. He listened to all I had to say and didn't dismiss any of my concerns. Another plus, the Norton facility has its own lab and and blood draws are done on site. Blood work results are given within 24 to 48 hours. All of the staff I interacted with, were pleasant and easy to work with. I'm very happy with my first visit and hope to continue using this doctor and facility for a long time.

When my hands got tired and I laid my phone down for a minute and my review dissapeared. So am not sure its even worth the pain the leave a review. I have been a chronic pain patient with Clasby for several years. I have been on pain meds since 2008. I have done injections. Chiropractor, physical therapy, and acupuncture all to no avail. My pain had continued to get worse. Before the government got its MD, and Drs were allowed to treat their patients and not operate in fear, and could uphold their oath to do no harm, I have a decent quality of life and was allowed to have the meds that relieved my pain. I had been a on oxycontin 80 2 x daily along with valium. I am 63 years old and have never flunked a drug test. My pain has continued to get worse, and I had begged Dr. Clasby to help me by giving me valium, as it was the only thing that would alleviate my carpal tunnel pain and fibromyalgia spasms. He refused. My pain was so bad it was waking me up crying. I haven't had a solid night sleep in years. So when I found a valium on my bedroom floor and I was in so much pain my son said he could hear me crying out when he was on the opposite end of the house, with my door closed and fan on, I took it and got relief. Later that week I went to my regular appointment and Dr. Clasby. They took a urine test, but I had never failed one and so was very shocked to receive a letter from him right before Christmas dropping me. He always quoted the CDC guidelines to me when I asked for a valium. Well the CDC guidelines state you shouldn't drop a patient who fails a drug test, but work with them. So he has condemned me to a life sentence of pain. How does this fulfill his DO NO HARM oath? Even the legal system gives 1st offenders probation not a life sentence. The legal system also let's you tell your side of the story, and takes into account mitigating circumstances. But not Dr. Clasby. I thought he was a kind and empathetic person. But I guess I was wrong. I wrote him a letter asking him to reconsider and abide by the CDC guidelines, but no response. He could have referred me to another pain center or at least listened to my side of the story.

After a kind and empathetic consultation with Dr. Claude Muresan. I was given the confidence to know it could be resolved. A quick schedule for removing the cyst was just the following week. The whole unit was so reassuring and accommodating for my comfort and answered all my questions. On that 5% percent chance the cyst returns, I'll be choosing them to take care of me again in the future.

I had…read morebeen EVERYWHERE, to help get relief for my daily organic migraines, including the Diamond Headache Clinic in Chicago. They're supposed to be "THE PLACE" for headaches and migraines but they not only didn't help me, but they didn't listen to me. I had been to many other doctors who didn't listen to me and started rolling their eyes when I got just a little ways into my story. My family doctor had been prescribing pain pills and was getting ready to cut me off because he wasn't allowed to prescribe pain meds for long periods of time. They also wouldn't help me find a pain doctor, I was on my own. I started looking up doctors on the Internet and finding a lot of them not still in practice, or they wouldn't take me for a variety of reasons: I didn't have insurance at that time, so I was self pay, so that was a NO from a lot of them. Some wouldn't take me because I lived outside their county, and I would explain that I wasn't a drug seeker, but that pain pills had been my only relief after many doctors had tested and tried many different meds on me. That was a big NO for a bunch of them. So I was down to the wire, where my doctor was not going to prescribe any more to me, and bad thoughts of taking to the streets was entering my mind. I found a list of 17 more doctors on the Internet, and I sent a letter explaining what I'd been through already, and what I needed. Dr. Alexander's office was the only one to respond to my letter! He listened to me, he helped get me off of some meds that were dangerous and had me loopy feeling, we tried different things, and he knew I wasn't faking. Of course there's been other pains since I first went there, and he is always there to take care of getting rid of those too. He works well with me when I have surgery. And he just always listens to what you need. His staff, is always friendly, helpful, and his office is run in an extremely organized way, so you never spend all day in his waiting room. Dr. Alexander and his staff are my favorite of all time, and I can tell you, I've been to a LOT of doctors!!! He is so knowledgeable about medications, you can ask him about even ones he doesn't prescribe. Although I'll never get rid of these headaches, he helps me tolerate them so I can live! I highly recommend him and his staff, if you are one to follow the rules. If you don't follow the rules, they will boot you out!!

The sad fact is I like Dr. Lowney, I'm not real sure what went wrong.

My experience at Spring Family Dental was extremely disappointing…read more The office struggles to keep dental assistants, and that creates larger issues throughout the practice. Many responsibilities are not consistently completed because temporary assistants can only do so much while actively caring for patients. Office management is not stepping in to cover those responsibilities, and the doctors are focused on treating patients. not only that but I have yet to get my last check with no communication from HR or the office. One of the most concerning things I observed was the sterilization logs. According to the records I reviewed while working there, instrument sterilization and maintenance procedures had not been properly completed for approximately two months. That is unacceptable in any dental office. What frustrated me most was the double standard. Office management was frequently late and missed numerous days, yet remained employed without consequences. Meanwhile, dental assistants who were only a few minutes late even after regularly arriving early and working hard for the office faced disciplinary action or termination. There is nothing wrong with having rules, structure, and accountability. Every workplace should have them. The problem is when those standards only apply to certain employees. When management is held to one standard and everyone else is held to another, it stops feeling like a professional workplace. Between the staffing issues, payment problems, lack of accountability, and overall management, this office felt more like a circus than a professional business. That is all I have to say.

He cares so much that he gives his personal number to patients when the office is closed and over holidays, in case of dental emergencies. His office staff are also gems. I've known them for years, but they take such effort to learn new patients' names and are truly interested in your needs. They all work very hard to accommodate patients especially when you are in pain or have an emergency situation. Dentistry can be painful and it can often be expensive which is why I value my doctor and his staff. They soften both blows with their helpfulness and warmth. I'll be very sad the day that Dr. Nunnally decides to retire. Until then, I'll appreciate his practice for the rare jewel that it is, a health professional that treats every patient like a neighbor not a number.

I did multiple tours overseas for the United States military which I have had so many reconstructive surgeries and also a work related incident that I fell over 30 feet and had to have yet another surgery I received a dismissal letter when I returned from out of state for work stating he's not going to help me and I am not a patient anymore I did not receive a phone call. I did not receive any type of text no email no verbal warning no written warning no counseling nothing I notified his office of my absence for work due to the severe weather like tornadoes, flooding that we had in the months of march and April I even spoke with him in person when I saw him at my last appointment passing in the hallway and lamborn replied, just notify the office and you will be fine I have spoke with other patients in the waiting room and they have missed upwards of 5 to 6 random drug appointments and still are patience I have talked to people that have failed multiple drug tests and still are patient He is still treating. I have not failed a drug test or had any illegal substance in my system. He also falsely accuse me of running out of medicine early on the notice I received when I had to have oral surgery and he increased my dosage which In turn makes you run out sooner He clearly does not care about his patience. He clearly has no empathy no respect and breaks his own policy whenever it suits him I received a phone call from Nathan manager Ashley stating that they did reach out to me Via text and left me a voicemail which I never received due to the area I was in a tornado went through powerlines were down and cell towers were down For some reason, they cannot fathom this I always thought that doctors And nurses were patient advocates and actually had an understanding when their patient was helping the community Recover from such a tragic event Also speaking with Ashley the manager, she stated verbally that I was dismissed for failing a urine screen test Which I received a dismissal letter stating otherwise. So, it appears that she lied in order to cover their mistake. It is clean, parking is ample, the elevators are immediately in front of you when you walk in. So when I was in need of immunizations for an upcoming trip to India, I was in a bind. I called a couple offices under my insurance, and the soonest I could get in as a new patient would be months after my trip. That was the case when I called Norton Community Medical Associates in Mid City Mall too, but the clerk there was able to get me in the following morning due to a cancellation at their sister site on Barret Avenue. And that's how I met Dr. Ana Overley. She was quick and efficient. Chatting with me about my overall health needs, while also getting me what I needed for my trip, which ended up being three vaccinations and some malaria pills. I also appreciate that she didn't redo a bunch of basic dianostic tests and bloodwork that I just had done at my ob/gyn. She just asked that I get a copy and bring the results with the next time I come in. Done. She was easy to talk to and put me at ease. And the staff person, who gave me my shots, also deserves some commendation. I'm not a big fan of needles, and I did not feel the needles go into my arm. Fast and relatively pain-free -- that's what I want when I must get a shot. The office was also immaculately clean. The front desk staff was courteous. I feel better knowing that I now have a primary care office near my home I can rely on.
