The doctor was rude and passive, annoyed I couldn't give exact dates when I told him I can barely see the words on my phone but can give him the timeline. His attitude was abrasive and I asked for a female doctor which he snapped there were none just him and to deal with it, then a nurse ripped open the curtain and said "yeah he's the only doctor and he's already entered your room so you've gotta pay him. That's how it works" I will recite this exact review if I get a bill because I am not paying for negative attitude and people who are exasperated by my need for medical attention. I left immediately in tears and told the front desk how horrible the doctor and nurse were.tried to walk home unsuccessfully and people on the street thought I wa drunk and been assaulted from how upset I was on top of having extreme dizziness and nausea like vertigo. He takes the time to listen and really cares about your health and well being. This brand new office has a large and welcoming waiting room, short wait times and friendly and welcoming staff. Their technology is also a major hurdle; the check-in texts send you to forms that don't work, and their app doesn't actually facilitate insurance uploads or check-ins as promised. Combined with the high staff turnover, it's lost the reliability it once had. I'm hoping things get better soon.

They then claimed they would send me a prescription to CVS after I called about 6 times in one day. I finally spoke to a doctor and she said she would send me a prescription to the CVS on W Broad. I go to CVS- there isn't even a prescription waiting for me, or at any other pharmacy. I have been calling the doctor that was suppose to send in my prescription, and she is ignoring me. Thinking of getting legal involved.
