Hopefully, it's benign. Will probably have to have another scan or two in a couple months to see if it has grown or not. Thank goodness Dr. Spring wanted to look into things further! My pulmonologist will take it from here, but I will stay Dr. Spring's patient for my fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, and Raynaud's. She has a lovely personality, a caring way about her, and I don't feel rushed. She's very thorough, explains things clearly, and answers my questions . That means an awful lot to me. The ladies at the back desk aren't much better. His gal that does lab work can never hit a vein. And the gals doing the infusions are cheerful. Other than that, this Doc is just in it for the money. It's not at all about serving the public. I'm told he's the best in town-is this true?

DON'T BOTHER WITH HIM, he is a no class loser excuse of a doctor. I filled out the 15 some page questionnaire and brought my own list of diagnosed medical illnesses and medications. I am disabled and went before a Judge that made this decision. My NP referred me to it. He saw me for less than 10 minutes, moved my leg, arm and felt my hand, asked a few questions. It left the room and they took blood and never contacted me again. I have been to other Rheumatologists and know how a normal appointment should go. I even got billed for him to sit on a stool and look like an idiot! I called multiple times to ask about a plan of action, labs his nurse claire was just as bad, said loser didn't know what to do. She never even went over labs REALLY.......... I later called the office manager roseanna, a very rude, unprofessional who refused to accept Medicare's assignment to wash my bill for loser doing nothing for me. She said on my questionnaire the small picture of a man didn't have circles on any parts of bis body (my Husband helped me fill it out, as I have arthritis) so he explained my level of pain and where, instead of making a bunch of circles. So roseanna said because of that the loser formed an opinion of me before I even got there and that he would do nothing for me. I have appealed the bill, filed a complaint with Board of Medicine and others to make everyone aware that this loser is not worthy to treat anyone!

I understand the demand of Rheumatologist, however at least after getting the appointment expected the service to be better despite the high copay. Staff wasn't courteous at all, and the nurse was lazy enough to get my information and even took my height 2 inches less which I didn't bother to highlight then. After all this, almost after 20 minute wait, I got to see the doctor who is in real rush. He looked at me as if I have complaint board hanging on me. My physician suggestion was recommended back. The only thing I got back is the prescription. Overall not a great experience and wouldn't want to visit again.

A written document from an RN and a pamphlet was mailed to me with instructions. Today, I receive a voicemail with very different instructions concerning the need for a driver and no food/drink after midnight. I am not having anesthesia so today's message contradicts what I was told to do my written instructions! I called around 12:30 and left a message for clarification. no call back and my surgery is tomorrow! Very disappointed in giving me contradicting info and for not calling me back! This is not my first issue with communication issues from OrthoVirginia. I have the utmost respect and confidence in my surgeons (back and hand) and if not for them, I would go elsewhere. Ridiculous!! I am not happy with the lack of communication.
