My primary reluctantly complied and I was referred to Dr Lavery after seeing Dr Kelly. She sent me to Darla Schwab at Aultman North. After my first visit I was not feeling like things would go well. She did her assessment, did some therapy that really helped, but then said, "do these stretches and exercises and I'll see you in a month". A month!? After a few days my 20 year plus symptoms that three major hospitals had given up on after years of treatment at each started to subside. She is so busy that you will need to wait. and, take what she says seriously because she really does know her field like few others. I've always been happy with Aultman Dover therapy site, but if you have pelvic floor symptoms, male or female, it's worth the wait to finally be able to have something near a normal life. After a year I'm down to only seeing her for flare ups. And, now, since she is a PTD, she offers dry needling to help as well. Amen, a long time prayer has been answered.

OMG, beware of the costs! Summa charges $590.25 per physical therapy session! For me that was under…read morean hour so they charge an effective rate over $600 per hour! Just the evaluation was $391.50. It's no wonder the US healthcare system is so screwed up! These rates might be justified in a Manhattan high rise, maybe, but in Uniontown OH? Really? Outrageous! In addition, I only found out about the rates when I received the bill. No upfront disclosure of the rates at all. Just a bill. Even my family doctor charges "only" $120 for an office visit. Even if he only spends 15 minutes with me, that's still less per hour than what Summa is charging for a physical therapy session. Seems to me that a doctor with years of medical school should be able to charge more than a physical therapist. Not to minimize the abilities or skill of a physical therapist, but I'll bet the actual therapist sees maybe 10% of that amount. Where is the rest going? To the MANY big and fancy buildings Summa is building all over the place. Vote with your wallets folks. Avoid Summa at all cost!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Dr. Thomas Lee Reynolds was deeply…read moretroubling. I am leaving this to warn other families about his harmful and unethical practices. Our child was brought to Dr. Reynolds to ensure that they were okay during a high-conflict divorce. Still, instead of focusing on our child's care, he prioritized gossip and conjecture about my husband and me, pitting us both against one another. Without conducting formal evaluations, Dr. Reynolds labeled me with a disorder to my husband over the phone behind my back, going so far as to tell him that he should fear for our child's safety. He did the same thing with me regarding my husband. These baseless diagnoses, built on limited information and hearsay from his staff, who can "sense mental disorders," caused unnecessary fear, conflict, and harm. The irony is that although my husband and I are in the middle of a high-conflict divorce, we both agree on one thing: Dr. Reynolds is a danger to families in vulnerable situations. Even more troubling, the painful and invasive trauma assessment Dr. Reynolds conducted on *me* (remember, we took our child to him for evaluation, just to ensure he was alright) is missing from his detailed records of our sessions together. His notes reflect a biased and inaccurate narrative that misrepresents my mental health. He also failed to document his admissions of unethical behavior and his apologies for the harm he caused to our family when I booked an appointment to confront him with these concerns. Rather than focusing on the patient--our child--Dr. Reynolds fueled division, made disparaging comments about other medical professionals, and engaged in gossip. His actions caused emotional distress, worsened an already difficult situation, and ultimately failed to address our child's needs. If you are looking for a competent, ethical psychiatrist to support your family, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Families in vulnerable situations deserve better than the harm and chaos Dr. Reynolds leaves in his wake.
