When searching at 2 different stores, this was the last one to look at on my list(after being to two DBS stores, already. I was able to get close parking in a very tight parking lot. As we walked in, every box/tube/product was faced forward, brought to the front of the row, and throughly organized... I was so impressed. It was also very satisfying to my eyes. It was the cleanest, most organized Sallys Beauty Supply I had ever been to. We were greeted as my daughter & I walked in. The woman asked if we needed help looking for the specific product we were looking for. She helped us find that, plus deep conditioning masks for my daughter's upcoming new do. At the same time, this woman was helping another customer decide how she wanted to go about changing her color.. We paid and got on our way. I left happy. I wish I could remember that woman's name because she was so helpful and her store was immaculate compared all i have been to (I've been to many) SBS stores I have been to across the states. In the personal hygiene section of the store you will find body wash, bubble bath, hand soap, and body scrubs. In the home care section you will find laundry detergent, and a soap for just about every surface in your home from floors to wood. Leave a Bottle - Take a Bottle: Just inside the front doors of the shop is a sweet wooden blue cabinet. Inside you will find all kinds of bottles, jars, and viles left by other customers for you to use. Bringing your own bottles is encouraged, but don't worry if you've forgotten them at home today. You can always borrow from the cabinet or purchase a bottle from their complete selection at the back of the store. Custom Essential Oil Scents: The knowledgeable staff at S.O.A.P. can help you fix up a custom scent from their selection of essential oils. The woman in the store when I was there was super patient and gracious in helping me select a new oil combo for my baths. Raw Ingredients: Not only do they sell completed products in bulk, they also sell the raw ingredients in bulk too. I'm not extremely knowledgeable with everything they had in this selection, but luckily they have a website where you can check what they typically have in stock before going in. While browsing the store, I looked at some Olaplex No. 8, due to hair issues. I ended up getting a small bottle. When I used it, it made my normally straight hair extremely frizzy. I took it back to the store the next weekend (yesterday), but I didn't have the receipt. Since I'm part of their club, I figured they could look the transaction up and would do a store credit, at least. I asked the gal at the register and she rudely said no. If they don't do store credit, that's fine, but there's no need to be hostile about it. Total retail turn off. It's extremely rare for a chain store to not give store credit when returning a product without a receipt. So today I looked up Sephora's return policy. The site directed me to JCP's policy, since that's where it's located. JCP _does_ give store credit when there's no receipt. Heck, according to Sephora's own website, they'll even do store credit if you no longer have the receipt. What gives, GV Sephora?

It's honestly no wonder brick and mortar stores are dropping like flies, when staff members aren't even trained to help customers. I can use the scented tallow cream on my face (there is an unscented option but I love nice smells) and it loves it. It's not nearly as oily as it used to be and it stays hydrated way better now. I use the oatmeal soap everywhere (face included) and my skin is so happy about it! It's calming and just balances out my stubborn skin like nothing else can. Will definitely be buying more things!

But now when I try to get refills for my one prescription, I picked up the one time at Walgreens for my much needed diabetic sensors. WALGREENS is still filling it and preventing my online pharmacy to send them to me Walgreens have not taken me out of their computer for over two years I requested it. so this is pretty frustrating !!!
