Maintenance is meh at best, they work on it soon after you place the request but then they take a while to get it finished. The last straw for me was when our AC/Heating went out. Only then provided us with a super small AC unit (seen in pic) that's super loud and barely keeps the apartment at 71. Then when maintenance came and checked it out, turns out our unit has been broken for over 4 months! And our high electricity bill was over 400$ a MONTH for those 4ish months because of that broken unit!!! Went to the front desk to ask for compensation, as it was not our fault for the unit being broken, but they provided us with an email for the area manager, not even a phone number!!!! No compensation has been provided for this and plenty of my money is now wasted. The Grove was okay but now my money is lost .

They said it took 3 hours to clean my bedroom shown below which was spotless. In total, the charges we received during the moved exceeded $1500 and I spent months contesting that. I sent numerous emails showing proof that it did not need 20 hours of cleaning and Cheri as well as Jodi seemed to completely ignore my emails that showed proof of it being clean. Steer clear of this company unless you want to be completely screwed over.

No lost checks, next day fixes on service request and overall pleasant. The apartment itself is situated in a great location for a student. Close to WSU campus- no need for car or bus. Behind Sella's and Zoe's for quick bites to eat with no car necessary and Walmart and Safeway right up the road! When we moved in the apartment was clean and in very good condition. I love how the third floor apartments have an open layout compared to the second floor ones. There are no amenities like a pool, free coffee, or free printing as with other companies in Pullman but the location beats all. Nothing too fancy but gets the job done. Would love an air conditioner right now in the summer heat and a washer and dryer in unit would really make this apartment complex top notch.

The manager, Pam, is super nice and gets back to you quickly, and she is very understanding and willing to work with you. The apartments are a little old but well maintained, and they are spacious. Having a bus stop nearby is really convenient for getting to campus quickly, and it's great to have the option of walking to campus if needed (only about 20 minutes, which makes for a great stroll in the morning). I wish I would have known about Wil-Ru sooner so I could have moved here instead of living in the student dorms while in college!

The quality of the units is on the more thrifty side of things, so there will be noise and the occasional repair required, but management is reasonably understanding and quick to address any issues I have brought up. Nancy in particular (the manager) has always taken care of any issues for me, and she's a big part of why I've continued to live in this complex. She is friendly and fair, and I couldn't ask for more out of the manager. I have lived in apartments in Richland, WA and Goleta, CA where I felt like a number on a spreadsheet and a check to cash every month to the renters, but here I feel the complete opposite largely because of Nancy. I'd also like to mention that I have interacted with Cindy (the owner) and Tony (maintenance), and both have been polite and professional. I had a few minor issues after moving into a larger unit (two dead outlets, a jammed front door lock, a broken window latch), and Tony fixed them all the day after I put in a maintenance request and in less than an hour in the unit to boot.
