We literally scanned what seemed thousands of pages of info to her, for her to request them again. It was almost as if our time was not her concern. We did ALL of the leg work for her to just push the papers onto the next. There is so much more to our grievances but on the DAY OF OUR CLOSING, she still couldn't give us a correct total needed. An hour before the closing, on a Friday off to the bank we go for the check. I mean, come on. People work. We all have full time jobs... it was bad enough I had to take time off previously to do the leg work for them earlier. Horrible. Finally closed, the concessions we had requested weren't even in the financing. Too late now. Anyways, save yourselves headaches, time, and over all heartburn and please go to your bank/credit union that you normally do business with.

We had a very aggressive close and we were assured that we would be able to achieve it. Where it ended up falling apart though was the follow-up with the bank to keep things on target. The bank scheduled our appraisal late, then they took a few extra days to review all of the documents. I feel if First Priority would have had a better relationship with the bank things would have been on target and we would have actually been able to close when we actually needed to.

My wife and I had the worst experience ever working with this company. We worked with them for 4…read moremonths. We had phone calls and text messages blatantly ignored, they kept asking for the same information multiple times, working with two different people at the same time, and we were one month passed our closing date and they would only work on us one day every week since they said they had others before us. After four months of working with them (one month passed our closing date) they told us they could not give us a loan because our home appraisal compared two bed houses to our one bed. They said there were no one bed houses to compare it to. I understand this but it took them THREE months to realize something that should have been realized when the appraisal was done THREE weeks into working with them. They promised us our appraisal money back and said it would deposit into our account within 3 weeks. 4 weeks later we never saw that money so I called the lady we were working with and she ignored every call and text message. It took days to contact her manager and I finally got a call back and got my money back. They told us there is no one who could get us a loan for this house. We went to Chemung Canal Trust and we closed on that same house within 2 months. Ive now heard of many others who had similar issues with them. BEWARE.
