However, I was a little confused when I saw there was a promotion to give customers 1,000 points. However, I was surprised when I checked my account and saw about 300 points. I also received a $10 dollar giftcard. However, an HEB gift card is worth 120 points. I did email them to ask about this and was told that both equaled to that promotion. I responded by explaining how the amount of points didn't equal and never heard back. Please don't post promotions that you actually aren't going to stick to.

She even came to my home and took the time to patiently explain everything, making sure I fully understood my options and helped me find the best plan for my needs. Recently, I received a letter from Blue Cross Blue Shield Advantage stating that my plan will be discontinued in January 2026. I immediately reached out to Monica, and she quickly helped me transition to a new plan with Humana. Her customer service is outstanding -- even after enrollment, she continues to check in with me and a friend she also helped, just to make sure we're doing well and don't have any questions. She is a very caring individual. I have what is called white coat syndrome...lol. I get anxious before doctor visits. Bonnie is who I would call the face of the clinic. She is always very happy, kind and welcoming. She always takes time to greet you when you arrive and make sure you leave with all your follow up appointments organized for your next visit. They never bother to update, making it either impossible or almost impossible to be directed to the right person as well as the right location in order to be able to be taken in as a new patient. You need to do hard research before you attempt to go or you were trying to go because you were most likely end up with an out of network provider and be forced to pay upfront everything out-of-pocket full price because the careless and negligent health system is almost impossible to use. Update: the owner says the information is inaccurate, but if he took the time to call the number listed on the Google reviews and if he told the representative that he uses Molina healthcare and he's looking for a primary care provider, they would be told exactly what I was told.

Nothing about rescheduling. I show up to my appt 30 minutes early only to be told I need to be rescheduled and if I had answered my phone, they could have told me. I explained I didn't get off of work until after they closed so I couldn't call. To say disappointed is an understatement. But they did refer me to the ER if I'm in pain. The lack of professionalism and quality service is not there. Maybe try a different location.

They don't let you have time off when you ask for it in advance and yet they constantly ask you to do favors for them like work doubles, weekends, holidays. Don't get a job here and definitely don't bring your loved ones here. They won't be taken care of properly. All they care about is money and covering things up just so they can maintain a "good and wholesome" image. Don't buy into it.
