I had to replace the wheel barrings on my 2014 Ram 1500 but they were heavily corroded in, these guys came in and had me back on the road in well under 2 hours and had some very good conversation as well! Third time it's been two weeks transmission bad again! Each time I had to pay for transmission fluid out of pocket $275.00 second time he said warranty wouldn't pay all the labor so I had to pay $500 plus $275 for fluid! All because he said my maxima has spacers on rims. Total rip off because dealer ship quoted $6,000 for new transmission and I've spent that with this shop on used transmission. Total waste of money. Be careful because I think the transmission is not being replaced just fixed old bad transmission. Each time I took to Nissan dealership and it was in fact all three times another bad transmission each three times!!! Note: Joe said I had warranty but still car isn't working because he says the spacers on rims void warranty but those same spacers was on car when he first got the first transmission!! I took my truck here over the summer to have a coolant leak fixed. So I took it back for them a 2nd time to fix and they replaced the crank sensor and some wires. I got it back and it ran fine for a a week but was still struggling to start and he said " it might be a faulty crank sensor because we used an aftermarket one" so I kept driving it then one day it just didn't start at all. So I made the mistake of having it towed there and worked on for a 3rd time. When they received my truck it somehow started fine for them and only wouldn't start some of the time. They barely keep you updated on your vehicle, I kept my truck there for 2 months and they couldn't figure out the problem.. I picked it up the other day and won't ever go back. Mind you I took it in for a coolant leak. It left the shop with more issues than when I brought it. So I spent over $2000 and my truck is not fixed. My dads is an ex mechanic and said he's never heard of a vehicle being in the shop for 2 months.

H & R said it would reduce repair cost by $500.00. When I received my repair bill, there was no $500.00 taken off on the repair worksheet!!! When l asked H&R about the $500.00, they became combative, insisting they had done something with no proof. When I contacted Jasper engine, I learned whoever or company sent them the engine that's who received the $500.00 H&R basically performs substandard auto repair and takes your engine refund!!!
