I was barely able to open my mouth i was in so much pain and my son just was not having it. Lola and Jessica were incredible. Lola checked me in and saw my son was getting antsy and brought him over an ice pop and goldfish while we waited for Jessica to come in for my visit. Jessica was able to treat me on the spot and I was able to eat my first meal tonight after four days. The staff was so unbelievably kind and accommodating. I didn't wait long (I scheduled online) and it was super clean. Thank you so much for helping me feel better and being so kind to my son!! will be recommending to everyone in the area that needs urgent care.

For me, the APRN accurately diagnosed my issue within a minute, but couldn't treat it at this facility. She recommended going to ER, and seeing a specialist. Went to ER; she was exactly right with her diagnosis. I'm thankful that she told me to go to the ER instead of just trying to prescribe something. I have confidence in this place that they'll competently treat what they can, and will acknowledge what they can't. Hopefully I never have to return, but when I need to I'll definitely choose here as an initial step.

Which seems to happen quite often, from what my friends and I were told. One of our party found a tick on his shoulder and this place did a good job of removing it & supplying him with proper meds. Bring your insurance card if you can. They'll ask for it upon arrival. No one acts in "urgency" and the place actually seemed more like a walk in clinic than urgent care, but nonetheless, the doctor who helped us appeared to know her stuff, so no need to drive all the way to Southampton.
