I would have given a 1* review if it was just the doctor. But the clinic and the front desk people are very nice. Their online tool is very easy to use. They all would have gotten 5*'s. Dr. David Michael is an absolute DISASTER. Avoid at all costs. He spent about 10 minutes with me before he told me that there was "no such thing" as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I don't know where this quack got his degree or where he gets his information but it is HEAVILY BIASED. I've spent the last 5 years arriving at this diagnosis by a REAL DOCTOR who works for a REAL COMPANY in Kaiser Permanente. We discussed my hypothyroidism, hypogonadism, sleep apnea and Celiac disease. He tried to say that THAT was my real problem. I informed him (delicately) that IF that was my problem, why wasn't my problem resolved by treatment? I treat all of these ailments and my problem is worse now than ever before. What a MORON! Why is it my responsibility to educate a DOCTOR? Because he subscribes to a certain belief and he will not change his mind no matter how much science and fact-checked information you provide. I wouldn't be surprised if the dude is also an anit-vaxxer. AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS but maybe not this clinic. read more

One of the worst dental offices in the area. I've seen them several times over the years and they have not done ANY dental work in my mouth. They've simply referred elsewhere and then lost my referrals. Just avoid them. read more

I really like the staff that work here. They are friendly and welcoming when checking you in, and make you feel like they actually care about you and your family. The doctors listen to what you're saying and really address your concerns which is exactly what I look for with medical care. I highly recommend Dr Parish to anyone needing a pediatrician she does a great job explaining what's going on to kiddos and parents alike. They make you feel extremely comfortable. The only downside is if you come too early before your appointment you do have to wait a bit in the waiting area. read more

This is for the walk-in clinic @ 4201 Rucker ave in Everett. I got to the clinic around 750 am, for an 8 am open. I went in because I believe to have a tooth infection with a severe headache, and have been in bed since Tuesday, it's now Friday. I had seen my dentist on Tuesday for the tooth and schedule a surgery for following week. I had been so sick, I t thought of only going to the clinic. Which is a lot closer to my house then the dentist and I take the bus. There were 2 people in front of me, both seen with in mins, I waited 45 mins. During which the staff behind the counter carried on as if they were on holiday, loud conversations and laughing ( which is fine when no sick patients are around or the break room). My head hurt so bad, so I asked if I was going to be seen soon. Right then my name was called. The woman who took me back and did vitals was nice and caring. Told me the student doctor would be in and possibly the doctor would check in. The doctor came in and right away her tone was rude and uncaring, when trying to remember the surgeons name for the following week she grew agitated like I was making everything up. Every question she asked was with a rude tone and accusing tone. I felt attacked. Like I was lying about the pain and possible infection. I tried to explain I just went to the clinic closes to my house in hopes of some solution. Instead was treated like a person seeking drugs.. I explained that I felt uncomfortable and would like to leave, she did try to stop me. But I explained that her rude and accusing tones were no where close to being a caring doctor wanting to help people. So with my head pounding out of control I left. I did call my dentist and was able to be seen right away. However, that doctor knows she should of approached that situation differently and should be ashamed of herself for acting in such a way. I have high anxiety and it takes a lot for me to even seek help when in pain or sick. So this took a lot for me to get up and go see a doctor today. - One of the reasons I have high anxiety is because of people like her, who treat people as if they are beneath her. I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone. I have been to 112th and Lynwood for dentists and found they are amazing and caring people. And would recommend both sites to people. Just not the 4201 Rucker ave site. read more

This place is just plain awful. I went here because I heard from others that it was a cheap place to go if you need medical attention and do not have insurance. This is not the case. I ended up paying over $1000 for absolutely no help. I got a lab done here to see if I had an infection. They call back a few days later and said I have to retake it because the lab could not get a result. I asked if I could get this covered for free because it was not my fault that they got an inconclusive result. They said no, and I had to pay another lab fee. Get a call a week later saying that my results came back and to come in to get a prescription. I get the prescription and think everything is okay. Well, three days later I get a call from a different physician there that said that the antibiotics I was given will not help because the infection is so bad that I need to get an IV drip from the hospital. Again, I am uninsured, and at this point freaking out about what a hospital visit will cost. The person on the other end of the phone could not answer any of my questions regarding this, just telling me to stop taking the antibiotics I just paid for. I stop taking the antibiotics and wait a few days because I cannot afford to go to the hospital at this time. I start noticing my symptoms are getting better, but I am still paranoid about what the doctor previously told me. I decide to call the center to get tested again just to see if it really requires a hospital visit. I go in for another lab (at my expense again) and wait a few days. Come to find out, the infection is gone and there is nothing to worry about. Why the heck would I need an IV drip for such a bad infection if it went away ON ITS OWN. Either I was magically cured or the people at this facility have no idea what they are doing. Don't get me started on their billing department. What a joke. I applied to get a discount on my visits due to my lack of insurance and was later disqualified because I did not turn in my paperwork "on time", even though I turned in everything that I was told I had to. Turns out they needed my college paperwork as well even though no one ever told me this. By the time I turned that in, I was denied any help, and they were not willing to work with me, despite this being their fault. Again, no accountability on their end for their mistakes. The lack of communication between the employees here is amazing. I get told one thing by one person, then even two hours later get a different answer by another. They have no regard for their clients, and don't care if they give you the wrong information. They will mess up your labs, and make you pay for them. For the sake of your health and your sanity, avoid this place at all costs. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR DENTISTRY. If I could give a -5 I would. In February one of my molars broke in half. I was left with a huge hole in my tooth. As I have no dental insurance I came here. Instead of being honest with me and saying the tooth could not be saved at all and I should have it pulled the dentist filled the hole all up and called it good. Well that whole section fell out today while brushing my teeth. So now I have a hole in that tooth again. The money paid there probably could have gone towards paying for an extraction. Now I'm in pain and have no way to fix this situation. read more

Dr. MountJoy is my OB and she's amazing! The first person I got stuck with wasn't the best but she's been amazing!!! makes sure I'm heard and things get answered. I schedule my appointments for in the am and they're always on time. Just like every other place the later in the day you schedule the longer your wait usually is. Remember things come up and try and relax if they're running behind. I've also had amazing experience with the dentist. read more

I only come here to see Jessica England for psychiatric issues. The front desk people are always nice, helpful, and quick. The lobby is usually clean. And the bathrooms are clean. I don't have experience with any other workers here, or doctors, but I like it for the psychiatric help I need. read more

I didn't choose this clinic, it was assigned by my insurance. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes after the start time of my appointment even though I arrived 15 minutes early. The doctor seemed completely ignorant of my medical history as if she didn't even glance at the notes on my chart. I summarized the last 20 years of my medical history with more detail on the last 3 years which is pertinent to the issue I was going in for. When I got done explaining the problem and telling her what i needed (I've had Crohn's Disese for over 21 years, I know my body pretty well) She completely ignored me and started asking questions that I had JUST answered. I don't know how that lady passed medical school. She was completely rude, apathetic, and inattentive. Even the nurse seemed like he understood my issues better than her... he looked at me with a "I'm so sorry..." look on his face when he saw my frustration with that "doctor." *****POTENTIAL PATIENT BEWARE***** I went to community health today to get a referral to an orthopedic surgeon and a refill on pain meds for my ankle which has collapsed and needs surgery. The provider prescribed me 30 pills to get me thru the following days until I met with a specialist. 1-2 pills every 2-4 hours as needed. This was on a Friday. The provider said she's electronically send the prescription to my pharmacy and it would be waiting for me. When I called the pharmacy to make sure my order was there they said they'd never received it. I called the community health office and they we closed but the switchboard operator said they had an on call doc they could transfer me to. That was Dr Bovee. I explained my situation to Dr Bovee and she was able to locate my file from my appointment and see that my prescription had slipped thru the cracks due to their new system. Dr Bovee told me that she was only going to approve half of my prescription without reason. I told her that is unacceptable because that wouldn't be enough medicine to get thru the weekend and I'd have to visit and ER or an urgent care clinic to get refilled. I wanted the full prescription, duh. Going to and from doctors appointments is a massive hassle because I can't walk. Dr Bovee told me that half my prescription was plenty, she hadn't asked a single question about my condition. I told her that the pain was F-ing excruciating and I didn't want to get stuck without anything to manage the pain. She told me that she was making a note in my file that I used the F word and that she is no longer authorizing my prescription and if I wanted it I would have to go to the ER. You cannot make this up. This doctor decided that since I used the F word to describe excruciating pain that i was no longer entitled to any pain meds. I had an in person appointment a few hours earlier with a doc who deemed it necessary for me to have a prescription to manage the pain. Community health dropped the ball by not getting my prescription to the pharmacy. Oh well, mistakes happen. Dr Bovee took it upon herself to deny me meds that we're prescribed a few hours earlier by someone else because she didn't like that I used the F word. I thought doctors were supposed to help people. This lady is an absolute joke and I'll be talking to the Washington state medical board on Monday. read more
