I was hoping for a different outcome but I have to respect their honesty. In long A scrape on my leg had gotten infected, so I was hoping to get an Rx for some antibiotics and hurry home for the Hawks game. They checked me in in minutes, and found my insurance that had just taken effect a couple days earlier. Nice! The system texted me some info to fill out, and she told me it would list me as being seen in about 25 minutes, but it would be much sooner. The PA came out within 60 seconds to say that they didn't house one piece of equipment I'd need as part of a full eval, and I should go around the corner to the ER. He definitely felt bad delivering this news, and explained it even more thoroughly than he really needed to. I got it right away. He was quick to say that they would cancel the visit and not charge me. Even though I ended up missing the whole game, he was spot-on about what the ER would do to evaluate the infection. I got great care there, thankfully much of it in front of a fuzzy, dim TV showing the game. So I can't really complain about anything other than my own procrastination for leaving the trip until late afternoon.

I was told that I "looked fine" and advised to continue using the same topical medication, despite my concerns. My visit was also incorrectly documented with appointment notes about whiplash, a condition I never reported or had. After following their guidance, my condition got significantly worse to the point I couldn't open my eye and had to seek care elsewhere. Another provider immediately told me to stop the medication and prescribed a different treatment that worked almost overnight. I formally contested both the care and the incorrect documentation, but their medical review team still determined that everything was "appropriate" and refused to adjust the charge. I will never go back and cannot recommend them.

I have a call into their senior medical manager right now to see to it that she cant treat any other patient the way she treated me. Do NOT be seen by her if you wish to get real care. I have been having a 102.5 fever off and on since Sunday with horrible aches and fatigue, which all came on very suddenly after a cold virus I had weeks ago, so I thought it could be pneumonia or a bacterial infection. On top of being dismissive, this "doctor" just told me to keep taking Tylenol and that it was a virus, in her opinion, since the xray didnt show pneumonia. She listened to me for literally one second with the stethoscope and was moving it constantly, so there was no way she could have heard my passage of air adaquately. She was super rude at the end when she rushed in, after my tests, and said, "it's a virus! There are hundreds of them out there, I mean... we can't test for every single virus! There are tons that carry a fever!" She said this with a rude voice and I followed with, "uh... I know there are hundreds of viruses, but many viruses do not just show up immediately and come on suddenly with a sustained fever of 102.5!" She then muffled under her curt breath, "well... that's true... but... it's viral. There's nothing I can do. Keep taking Tylenol." There was no "I hope you feel better." Nothing. She gets up and quickly exits. Her nurse was no better- I felt like we were being treated by soul-less AI robotics. I had my darling 11 year old daughter with me and she was asking good questions during my care and the admitting nurse was brushing her off constantly, so I answered my daughter in front of the nurse and did the nurse's job. Seriously- I have no idea why we were treated so rudely. The "doctor" didn't listen to my daughter's breathing for longer than 2 seconds and never told her to take deep breaths. When I told her that my husband could hear crackling, she said with a doubting tone, "oh... so... he has a stethoscope?!" I responded kindly, "yes... he is an EMT and knows well how to listen to breathing." Such rude demeanor. I don't know how she is considered a real doctor. I am pretty sure I am perspnally dealing with something bacterial here, and she completely wrote me off and didn't follow any additional testing, but rudely kept saying, "there's tons of viruses! It could be anything!" Ugh. We are sweet people and I was ready to engage graciously, but "Dr" Grace T Dy is clearly not committed to the same things. I will never see her again.

Then I checked the other urgent care locations and saw they were at least the same price. They do tend to prescribe medication more often here than other places, but when I've expressed concern with a specific Rx I had issues with, they were quick to find an alternative. The biggest reason I love this place is the time it takes. I'm usually out the door in less than 15 minutes (with an appointment). That includes greeting reception, getting vitals from an assistant, answering questions about why I'm there, talking to the doc, and leaving with my visit summary. I don't come here when I'm feeling well - I want to be back home, wrapped in a blanket, hopefully with some antibiotics or medication to make my plague less miserable. More than any other place I've been, this checks that box. If you're looking for a conversation about how your family is doing, make an appointment with your PCP. If you're sick and need something addressed quickly, visit One Urgent Care.

We couldn't find a doctor on this side of the mountains that would take his insurance that were accepting new patients, so his insurance case manager helped us find this clinic. He made an appointment with Andrea after I called to tell them all of his medical issues. Yes, it is a small clinic, it isn't new, but it is clean and the person at the front desk was pleasant. We were led to a room which was small and sparce but again, very clean. The nurse taking his vitals was very friendly and kind. When Andrea arrived in the room, she too was very friendly. After listening to him list out his medical needs and current issues she was very upfront and told him he was out of her league. She did accept him as a patient, and I have to say she has been very attentive to his needs and even helped with some issues that were bothering him but weren't viewed as priorities so weren't being addressed. While she isn't able to diagnose major issues, she is able to manage all the referrals to specialists that he needs to have done. Overall, he has been happy with the kindness and care he has received from Andrea and the staff at this clinic.

They offer all the basics of primary care, and stay open late and on weekends to handle walk-ins. They really commit themselves to making sure people get care. It's a small, older building that looks more like a 60s tract house than a medical facility, but don't judge it by the exterior. It's a purpose-built dentist/dr office with plenty of space inside. Comfortable waiting room, business-like and professional desk staff. The exam rooms aren't the newest you've ever seen, but they're very clean with good lighting and a comfortable setting. We've juggled a few chronic medical issues lately, and they've always been helpful and personable with advice, prescriptions, and encouragement. They can help you out if you're waiting for insurance coverage to start at a new job, and so on. They really want to make sure you get seen and get any help you might be needing. We're sorry to see Val go, but Andrea has been amazing for a long time and we're happy to keep seeing her. I live across the lake, and drove by this place dozens of times before I needed to switch doctors a couple years ago. Best choice I've made for health care in years.

I got sick in Canada and with my health insurance (which is a good plan in the US) I was shocked at the amount of out of pocket expense for a routine visit. I was able to make an appointment the night before here and we were able to be in and out within 40 minutes. The front desk staff was so accommodating since I waited in my car and Gabe the physician assistant who saw me was fantastic (I wish he practiced closer to where I live.... he would make a great regular provider). Eiisley fell on her arm and can't move it, Everett clinic and Skagit walk where we normally go were already closed, 7:15pm I see Indigo is still open. First time ever going there and was thankful a walk-in was still open so Eiisley didn't have to sit in ER for hours in pain. We walked in...no one in waiting room, one car outside great! I filled the receptionist in on what happened where she cut me off and said you'll need to take her to the ER we just took in another emergency, I verified they were open till 8 (because I didn't think you could turn away patients until closing time) and let her know we're ok with waiting and understanding they're taking care of another patient just really didn't want to go to the emergency room if we didn't have to- at that point she became overly aggressive, cut me off again and screamed at me "I'm not dealing with a attitude tonight, get out now" I was shocked, all I could do was turn around to leave and thought no this isn't right so I said wait what's your name? Now this is where it gets really weird... she yelled out "your worst nightmare!!" I was so caught off guard, most bizarre thing I've ever experienced at a healthcare facility. I walked over to her to see her badge and she pulled it from her chest and said MICHELLE NOW LEAVE, GET OUT and we left... I'd really love this company to pull up the video footage, see the interaction and get a response because wow, it was almost unbelievable.
