It took about 3 weeks to get an appointment, but I think the doctor was on vacation so that may be the reason for the long wait. The reason I waited for this appointment was based on my previous experience. I received outstanding treatment and Dr. Hamdy explained, in detail, the reason for my ailment. He did not rush through the explaination and provided me with a simple treatment plan to alleviate my sickness. The second time was more of the same outstanding service. Although my second trip was for a different ailment from the initial one the level of service and Dr. Hamdy's attention remained first-class. The entire staff was helpful, first-rate, and efficient. Only a short wait time when I arrived to see the doctor.

I have been going to him for a couple of years now for Multiple Sclerosis and I have nothing but positive things to say about him. He is thorough in his exams, he takes the time to listen, he's not like most doctors out there. He has picked up on issues my primary care doctor overlooked and addressed them. His staff are sweet, you can tell they are hand picked. Things are done quickly, they are organized, efficient, polite, and considerate. If you need a neurologist, he's your pick. But given that I'll be 80 this year I guess it's just a given that you'll find me there more offen. If you have to go to the Hospital and your in Imperial County only go Pioneer Hospital in Brawley. There the only game in town. I wouldn't go to El Centro Reginal Hospital if they bought me a new car. I made that mistake once and almost didn't live to give this review. I'm being very dramatic but you get the point. The 2 Hospitals are as different as night and day. My stay of 3 days at Pioneer was great even with me pretty sick. They got me through the ER asap and to my room very fast. The LVNs and RNs were all very friendly and very kind. They took care of my many requests and actually acted like they really cared. It was a breathe of fresh air. They cared they really cared. Special shout outs to Claudia, night shift Hilda and Melissa. I wish I could remember all the names of all the ladies that helped me get through this very trying time. My respect to all of you, you all deserve a monthly bonus. You must feel very proud when you go home and think of how many people you helped get better. Regards too all the staff may 2025 be a banner year for you all. Michael
