When you try to call to talk to someone it is impossible to get anyone to return your call or email. The maintenance of the grounds is almost non existent. The lawns always need mowing, the irrigation doesn't work and the yards are more sand than grass. This company needs to be replaced with a legitimate management company.

They had offered to repaint my whole apartment when I renewed the lease end of last year. But it would be work, moving furniture etc so I politely declined and said I would touch up heavy traffic areas myself eventually. I decided this week would be a good time. So one hour, not even, after leaving the voicemail. Katie the Assistant Manager had returned my call and Dennis the Maintenance Manager had promptly left the paint on my door step. This is how they have ALWAYS treated me here, the team are amazing, friendly, always professional and more than anything make me feel this is my home Always! Orlando is less the 2 hours, Busch Gardens is a half hour, as is Clearwater Beach. The Marina in Colony Cove, is amazing, as for getting to the golf. 5 bar/restaurants on the river. The ride down the river is beautiful, and going into the golf and seeing the Stilt Houses is also amazing! We love Colony Cove and will winter there in the future. The residents of CC are just amazing, and a very tight nit group! Lots of events, socials and other things to do in Colony Cove. We Love it!
