It's nice and spacious, and was reasonably priced when I moved in, although it's quite a bit less so now as I've been here quite a few years and the rent keeps going up. I will say that I have never lived anywhere where the water is shut off even a tenth as frequently as here. As I write this, the water is currently off for the second time this week. They (usually) let us know in advance via the apartment's app, but if you're like me, I get so many useless notifications on my phone (including from said app itself) that I seldom see it, and usually I find out by something like going to take a shower and having nothing happen when I turn in on.

Struggling to give 2 stars…read more Pros: Property is in a good location. Right off the highway, close to everything you need and complex is brand new. Landscaping is beautiful and well taken care of. Staff is always friendly. Cons: Noise: Apartments have very little sound proofing. We hear everything from our neighbors. One night, it was a frustrated gamer upstairs and sometimes in the morning the neighbor adjacent to us, says very loud self-affirmations. Once you sign the lease, you are locked in and are agreeing to any noise disturbances. If we had known how bad the noise was going to be, we would have not rented here - although it was much worse when there was a lot of construction. Internet: We also had internet issues lasting for a couple of days. Mainly with our MACs not being able to connect to WIFi any time there was a power outage and the internet was rebooted. These were not hardware issues, these were related to the service (I work in I.T.). We were provided a link to access our internet account but there is no way to reboot/restart your internet which often solves issues. We would have to call the support number who could never resolve our connectivity issues unless someone came "on-site". I work from home and run a digital business so not having consistent, reliable internet impacts my income. Security: Some buildings have working gates with codes and some units either don't have gates or have gates that aren't working. This includes parking gates. We're not too concerned with working/non working gates except we have had issues with package deliveries. If security is a concern, then you may want to double check the gates in your building. Although, it always seemed odd to have some areas of parking gated while others were not. Move Out: We are currently trying to get our final move out statement adjusted. We only lived in our apartment for a little less than a year so there was very little "wear and tear". Upon move out, we cleaned our apartment thoroughly and was surprised to receive charges for carpet cleaning, paint and general cleaning. They sent a picture which was a "dent" in the carpet from where my desk was so my guess this is what they are charging for. Also, for the fridge, my guess is they are charging for the water in the fridge. Note that we received pictures about a month after we moved out and during that time, there was a hurricane so this could be from the loss of power, we're not sure but we cleaned the fridge. We're also being charged for the hard water stains on the water dispenser as well as in the sink. I attempted to use CLR, comet and other agents to clean the hard water stains but nothing worked. We have a video and I will be sending it to the apartment complex because after reviewing and inspecting our video, some of these pictures don't match. Either way, they are basically charging us for general wear and tear. Deliveries: 90% of the time, delivery drivers couldn't find our apartment or assumed because there were gates, that they could not access our apartment. The gates don't work. While packages can be left at the mail center, it's a pain when you are waiting for food or groceries. By the way, your packages are sometimes left on the mail table and not a locker.

Tommy and team are fabulous! Very friendly and treats you like a friend. Honestly to talk to him you would thing you have known him for years! There is one individual I would like to mention, his name is Armando ( head of the maintenance dept. ) about 3 weeks ago Armando came by my Apt to do a checkup on my Apt., he noticed right away my right foot was swollen, and discolored, I told him I'd been sick in bed for 4 days. He HIGHLY suggested to go get the foot checked out. I did, and ended up in the hospital for over a week. eventually a lot of surgery and pain. If Armando had not alerted me, I probably end up with osteomyelitis and possibly have died...Town place is centrally located in Clearwater, there is a super Walmart across the street.

Living in Clearwater, Florida, reliable air conditioning is incredibly important, especially during the intense heat, and Toce consistently made us feel supported and taken care of throughout the process. Mathew: Matthew from the maintenance team has been absolutely fantastic in helping us troubleshoot and repair our AC unit issues. He was always available, responsive, and committed to making sure we were taken care of. One moment in particular really stood out to us. Our AC stopped working after hours on a Saturday night, and with the Clearwater heat, the apartment was quickly becoming uncomfortable. We called the leasing office and left a message, honestly wondering what the chances were that someone would actually come out that late on a weekend. About 20 minutes later, Matthew arrived with a smile on his face and immediately got to work troubleshooting the issue -- even going up to the roof to investigate the system. He was able to get the AC running again temporarily so we could get through the weekend comfortably, but what impressed us even more was that he didn't stop there. Matthew later came back to perform a deeper inspection to identify the root cause of the issue. It turned out the evaporator coil needed a thorough deep cleaning, which was causing the breaker to trip. After he completed the cleaning, the AC has been running amazingly well ever since. Problems can happen with any mechanical system, but Matthew was relentless in making sure we felt supported and taken care of every step of the way. We truly appreciate his professionalism, dedication, and positive attitude. Thank you, Matthew!

My lease was over and I moved on July 6, today is July 29th and I've received a surprise move out charge this morning for $418 along with not receiving my security deposit. Every time you pay rent you WILL be charged an $8 convenience fee for using the online pay option, HOWEVER that's the only way to pay for utilities/rent/trash/sewage, do anticipate an extra $8 charge for every transaction. The complex WILL charge you $5 for every light bulb that's out, they do not cover light bulbs along with multiple cleaning fees, carpet cleaning fees, and a trash bill that's nearly $200 (for my 6 days of living in the complex this July). When I left my apartment everything was clean, not a single stain was on my carpets or floors. However there have been many residents moving out and now that the numbers are lower the complex has become greedy. Overall with money aside, it's is a nice complex located in downtown Clearwater. Be prepared to see and experience many Scientologists around the complex/area. The maintenance was wonderful and the management was good in early 2025, however after the previous AMAZING manager resigned and since April 2025 the management has been lacking. The gym and pool are both awesome and it's typically a very quiet area (Scientology hub). If you're willing to pay a lot of surprise charges, this is the place to be!

When lease renewal came up for 2023, Bea the office person at the time presented me with a new renewal rate of $2200/month. They also were going to start charging $35/mo. for the storage units that are there for each tenant! What greed. She must've been smokin some potent stuff for that delusion. During my last year there, I had a disgusting river of poop and stagnant water come up through the master BR shower all over the floor into my bedroom. It was disgusting. I left Florida after 37 years, no regrets.

I'll list just a few ways, and the worst one is last. It took THREE separate requests to get our dishwasher fixed, and every time we were told we didn't submit the request right. Maintenance tells you one thing, the office denies it, and then they act like you're the problem. It's the way they talk to you that is so disrespectful. We were threatened with a $50 fee for leaving a Roomba outside our door for a day to dry. A maintenance worker made inappropriate comments about a female resident "smelling good" and wanting to be around her, which is creepy and unacceptable. They either don't understand their own lease or choose to ignore it. They repeatedly tried to tell us we had to report a service animal when the lease clearly says otherwise. They also recently switched their water supplier, which over tripled our bill. And then they lied about the way that the amount was calculated in the past. I don't know why they would choose a company that currently has multiple lawsuits over price gouging their customers. The final situation was beyond unacceptable. While dealing with a missing pet, a maintenance worker told us he would throw our poster away, then came to our apartment, raised his voice, and refused to leave when asked multiple times and only left when I pulled out my phone to record him . Management blindly believed him without questioning anything, called the police on us, and had us trespassed from the leasing office based entirely on his version of events. This maintenance worker tried to tell the staff my boyfriend was aggressive, meanwhile the actual truth is my boyfriend wasn't even outside. The worker was yelling at me and not leaving despite me asking multiple times for him to stop talking to me and just leave us alone. But yeah, my boyfriend who wasn't even present is the aggressor. They even told police there were "previous aggressive incidents," which is completely false. The fact they call my boyfriend aggressive for saying the word "fuck", but don't consider their own maintenance worker aggressive for coming to my home and yelling at me and not leaving is insane. I've never experienced anything like this. And they refused to even acknowledge that this incident happened with me. Just know if you live here, the maintenance workers are allowed to be aggressive and far 0 repercussions or even be questioned. And now that they know they can get away with it I'm sure that they will be motivated to be inappropriate with other residents. I strongly encourage anyone, single female especially, do not consider this place if you value feeling safe in your home. At best, this place is disorganized and poorly run. At worst, they lie, gaslight residents, and take zero accountability, and actively put their residence in harms way by hiring aggressive maintenance workers. You are treated like you're in the wrong no matter what. Would not recommend. If you do decide to live here, please be aware of the maintenance worker who is pictured here. He will be aggressive towards you for no reason, and then lie about it, and the leasing staff will take his side while at the same time refusing to speak one word about it with us or take our phone calls. We will never make a maintenance request as long as we live here again at fear of this guy being in our home. Ill be posting him in all the local Facebook and other social media groups, and I'm interested to see what other people's experiences are because I know I can't be the only one.

We have a very diverse group of adult residents here and the property staff work tirelessly to make sure we love where we live. From activities, to a daily run community app - residents are always encouraged, included and informed. They seem to be oblivious to multiple adults living in one bedroom apartments. The gym door is either broken or treadmill doesn't work.
