I told them I was on my death bed and needed to wait for it vs coming back later. I was told it would be 30 minutes. I pulled over and waited 45 minutes, got back in line, waited through 5 other cars in front of me and when I pulled up they said it wasn't ready and would be another 20 minutes. When I asked why it was taking so much longer than I was told, the new person covering was SO rude and dismissive. She said "I don't know but you need to come inside you can't sit in line". Horrible customer service and tone.
