I had just pulled out of the parking lot and I received a phone call from management saying the girl made a mistake and I my merchandise is refundable. Because I had put two items back, once I was told I couldn't possibly return, I went to pick those items back up. The manager was very kind about it and offered me an additional discount for my inconvenience. Bella the lady at the register, hid behind the clothes instead of coming out to apologize for outright lying to our faces. The manager apologized for her which I thought was juvenile. You were so confident that I don't get to return if I get the military discount. Now you're hiding instead of ladying up and saying my apologies, that was a mistake. My daughter thought it was a bit racist (Bella's behavior that is) she's convinced that would not have been told to a white woman. Smh
