However, it has been over 122 hours since my MRI and the physician's report has not been completed or sent to my referring doctor. The website claims 24 hours. The front desk said it "usually is done in 24-48" hours. But here I am over 5 days later without any answers. After having my insurance company come and threaten action on their part, I was finally told that my scan would be read in the next hour. So I'm not sure if I recommend them or not. I say go at your own risk of not getting results in a timely manner

He was also very very caring and asked why I was there as far as what was going on with my body and bid me a get better and hope everything works out as I left! The collections company never tried to contact me for payment. Now that I'm trying to purchase a house, I find out that this one item has destroyed my credit score because they keep refiling this same bill against my credit over and over again. I called the R.A. billing department, and a rep told me I had a $0 balance and my account was paid in full. When I inquired as to why I was sent to collections the rep said "Oh yeah, there is a balance of $81 that was sent to collections in 2014." I filed a complaint to have this removed from my account. If they haven't tried to contact me in 5 years, they have no claim to any money from me. The rep from R.A. basically said she would file a report but guarantees no resolution. This place is despicable. Go elsewhere for any needed testing.

I showed up on the day of the service with a printout from my insurance company showing how much it should cost. I also had a person name I spoke with and a reference number from my insurance company. I made it very, very, very, very clear when I checked in that I would pay no more for this service than what was represented to me by my insurance company. The Community rep stepped away from the counter and disappeared for over 15 minutes and came back saying "all is fine" your portion of the bill will be the $29. Fast forward about a week after...and...SHOCKER...I get a bill for $234. It has been nearly 60 days, 6 phone calls to Community Radiology, one call to my insurance company. My insurance company calling, faxing and mailing the Explanation of Benefits to Community Radiology and me emailing it 9 times to Community Radiology and it is finally resolved. I found the reps on the phone to be out of this country, poorly trained and incredibly dumb. Again, the procedure was fine, the post billing service was beyond poor.

There have been lots of highs and lows on the journey to sleep well and without tons of meds, but the providers (both Sarah and Dr Bakker) have been so empathetic and knowledgeable. I truly feel like they care about what I am going through, want me to succeed, and want me to feel like a part of the process. As a nurse myself it is imperative that I get good provider vibes from my treatment teams - I want to understand their thought process and where we are going long term. Both providers have made me feel so comfortable and confident being seen in their office. There is a lot of work I need to do on this journey still, but I feel sure I will get there! I do enjoy getting phone reminders of appointments and updates on labs online, if needed. I have seen nearly every doctor in the practice and truly adore, not just like, all of them except one. Dr. Martin & Dr. Ott are incredible! Dr. Nouveau is to be avoided. She is dismissive, judgmental and has zero bedside manner. She assumes so many things about you without even asking you any questions. I left all four of my appointments with her feeling like absolute garbage. I then found out in a moms group that many patients in the practice do not like her, which is why her schedule is always so open. I pray she is not on call when I go into labor. My only other gripe is they do run steadily behind schedule. Expect to be seen 20 to 30 minutes after your appointment time. Longest I've ever waited is 50 minutes. I have just figured that into my time schedule, but if you are a new patient it can throw you. I do like that labs are done in-house, and done quickly. The phlebotomist is a wonderful woman and is very easy to work with.

Same issue with Billing as other person said about being sent to collections even after paying. When called to inform this we were told that person wasn't able to reach the billing and that she wasn't responding. Not sure why people are going to this place. This is very dangerous, and can ruin people's credit history and life. Worst scenario that anyone could imagine. Does anyone know a way to sue this place without paying much to the attorney?
