I showed up on the day of the service with a printout from my insurance company showing how much it should cost. I also had a person name I spoke with and a reference number from my insurance company. I made it very, very, very, very clear when I checked in that I would pay no more for this service than what was represented to me by my insurance company. The Community rep stepped away from the counter and disappeared for over 15 minutes and came back saying "all is fine" your portion of the bill will be the $29. Fast forward about a week after...and...SHOCKER...I get a bill for $234. It has been nearly 60 days, 6 phone calls to Community Radiology, one call to my insurance company. My insurance company calling, faxing and mailing the Explanation of Benefits to Community Radiology and me emailing it 9 times to Community Radiology and it is finally resolved. I found the reps on the phone to be out of this country, poorly trained and incredibly dumb. Again, the procedure was fine, the post billing service was beyond poor.

We have had ultrasounds for our older kids in the past and the ones we had with Cindi are by far our most positive experiences, we are so glad we found her! Cindi is knowledgeable, experienced and she went above and beyond to explain everything she was seeing about our baby and telling us some cool information that we didn't know. She captured so many cute moments and gave us great pictures. One of the cutest moments was when she gave my husband a chance to talk to our baby, close to my belly, and we saw our baby moving towards his voice and smiling! So cool! My husband was so touched by that moment, it made his day! We appreciate that Cindi is very kind, caring, warm and encouraging - every time we saw her she made us feel so comfortable! Another thing we appreciate is that the atmosphere in her home office is clean, relaxing, peaceful and warm - it's such a great place to go to if you want a much more comfortable and relaxing ultrasound experience than in a medical facility. I called various places- most closed on a Saturday or with 0 availability. I stumbled on her business, gave her a call & to my luck, not only did she have an opening and would fit me in, she's worked in the fertility world and would know exactly what to look for. Checked to see if I ovulated or had any dominate follicles as well as checked my lining ensuring it would be good for a transfer in 2 days. It seemed very thorough. False alarm and everything looked great but the peace of mind this gave me I will forever be grateful for. I hope all the good in this world comes to Cindi! I 100% recommend.

Little did I know The Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Frederick, Maryland, changed my wife insurance [which I was on at the time[ from Cigna, to Atna which is garbage, and Atna finds every reason to not cover you. I later found Atna DID NOT cover this XRay. Moving forward, I kept getting billed and I kept playing games with the Community radiology Billing Dept. They kept saying they will look into my problem, and just kept rebilling me . Now the 350 I would have owed them is 750. I still have no help, but they are begging for money AND MOST LIKLY WILL TURN ME OVER TO COLLECTIONS. To anyone reading this 1. Verify that they take your insurance [at this time,UP FRONT]. 2. Never put a deposit or any money down up front, they will keep it and bill YOU not your insurance. 3.Get a second and third opinion, before going for any elected X Rays that THEY say you need. 4. Read Yelp reviews because if they did it to me, they will do it to you! They do not care about your X Rays or health, ONLY how they can get paid! My latest appointment left me feeling as though I have no choice but to find a new primary care physician. I had recently gotten lab work done by a hospital as part of a clinical study - when the results came back I was able to tell I had some form of infection. I made an appointment to see the doctor at FCPA in hopes they could confirm this and prescribe me some treatment. Upon reiterating this to the doctor, and physically showing him all the lab results his response was "oh did Doctor Google tell you all this?" I said no and that I am a critical care nurse so I can interpret most lab values, but that I came in order to confirm. He said "oh so you're doctor nurse then, huh?" I found this incredibly rude and degrading. Part of my exam involved taking a look in my pelvic region and completing a swab. Initially they said they wouldn't complete this for me because they don't do "women exams." I said that this is something men get too and what would they do if a man came in with the same results to which they responded that they would do the test. The doctor and nurse left the room and ultimately decided they would complete the swab with a female doctor. Totally fine by me and I was being pleasant about the whole thing, but simply just wanted to be seen and treated. I didn't feel like I was asking for a lot since I have seen a PCP for this issue in the past and it was fine. The doctor came in, admitted she hasn't done this in forever (again totally fine I get it), fumbled around for what felt like forever, and then threw the swabs on the counter without putting them in the vials. The nurse came back in and touched the vaginal swabs with bare hands and put them into the vials. Eventually, they ran their tests and did prescribe me medication which cleared the problem. I am thankful for that, but the entire experience made me feel like I was not valued as a patient. It was very clear that this team felt I was being annoying and unreasonable despite the fact that I was being incredibly understanding, pleasant, and simply asking to be treated for something that is a primary care level problem. As a fellow healthcare worker, I am truly appalled by the attitudes from both the nurse and doctor that took care of me on this day.

I have documentation from when they finally ran it thru my insurance, after multiple phone calls back in 2022, that it was paid by my insurance company. The phone number for Radiology Associates of Frederick, on the website says it's out of service. My understanding from one of the staff members at FMH Rosehill was that Radiology Associates just up and went out of business.

My husband is a longtime patient and "Triage" refuses to send in a refill for a medication that has been regularly prescribed to him for the past 5 years. This medicine controls his severe inflammation, which is debilitating for him and without the meds, his quality of life is negatively affected. After pleading twice, they still denied his request in a cold-hearted and callous manner and advised him that his refill request will be "managed" at his next appointment. I guess the fact that he is suffering in pain and has trouble physically moving around means nothing to this practice as it appears they can't be bothered to show compassion or take any actions of humanity in between appointments. He has regular blood work completed and appointments with the physician, but regardless "Triage" is forcing him to wait (and suffer) by not honoring a simple refill request prior to his next appointment. If more blood work is needed, a simple lab order can be uploaded to the portal, but nope. There was no sympathy, empathy or even a temporary work-around offered. Truly a disgrace.

One week later when I took off for work, they refused to clean my teeth because they claimed it was an emergency visit. 4 days later I had to come back and grt my teeth cleaned. They then claimed I had another cracked tooth and made me setup another appointment. When I confronted them about missing it 4 days prior they blew me off. So I had to come back for a 3rd visit. The fact that they even offer a variety of sedation techniques with a trained anesthesiologist shows that they probably get a lot of patients like me and are equipped to handle them. Within a few months of my first visit, they managed to get all of my problems taken care of. They taught me better oral hygiene and I've been almost 4 years without a cavity, so that was a boon as well (Electric toothbrushes with a timer really do make a world of difference). Dr. Little and Dr. Rajaski are knowledgeable and skilled, the hygienists are always pleasant and thorough, and I've yet to meet a staff member who hasn't been friendly and understanding with me about my phobia; and thanks to them I'm learning that dentistry isn't something to be feared.
