Because of his size, and how excited he could get, he was really hard to walk, and whenever he saw another dog, he would pull my arm off. My wife refused to walk him, and I rarely did. Over the years, we tried many things (classes, special collars, other dog trainers), but just gave up, figuring you can't teach an old dog new tricks. Hank is a 2 year old Brittany who we rescued as a 1-year old. He never learned basic obedience, and it became very frustrating to try to communicate what we wanted. Enter Drew. We enrolled both dogs in the In Home - Off Leash Training. Drew came pretty much every day to our house for about an hour or two while we were at work for "as long as it takes", which ended up being about 5 weeks. He was very flexible, and worked around our schedule. After the 5 week in home training, Drew showed us how to do everything, and for the next several weeks, our dogs learned how to trust us to train them. Now both dogs walk perfectly behind me without pulling on walks. If they see another dog, they just keep walking, and don't pull or jump or bark (this one still amazes... if you could have seen them before!). I even feel comfortable enough to take both dogs at the same time! At the park, they will come when called. They can sit and stay, and be patient. It's kind of incredible to have such well behaved dogs! Sure, the training is expensive, but it really works. In my opinion it's worth every penny, because we have happier dogs, and way less stress.

His heart and passion for animals is truly unmatched. I never have to worry when my girl is with Allegiant and as eager as I am to get her back after a trip I know it's bitter sweet because my pup truly loves being with Matt and the team and I know she always has the best time with them. He was also not socialized with other dogs until we got him. Alexi and her husband worked with Bernie for 2 months and it's a night and day difference! worth every penny because now I can take him on walks through wooded trails and on the square and he stays right next to me. No more lease reactivity and he seems to have matured because of the structure and training they gave him!

Horribly rude and wouldn't return here ever again. I guess me and my kids should have went to petco instead. We might have a fish right now and on our way home. Countless times I had to address him and his staff about inaccurate record keeping. Record keeping to us is vital when dealing with heart worms and vaccinations. Instead of accurate record keeping, I was taken off the mailing list????? The staff even posted on their personal facebook pages about rude customers. They never realize we the customers pay their salaries and we are not obligated to use them?? Too many good competent vets on the area to tolerate belligerent even hostel employees. Also Dr. Boley is no longer associated with them/ Too bad your staff kills your business

I at first thought this place was amazing. I was completely wrong. There are some staff members…read morethat should not even own animals let alone work for a Veterinarian office.. I had a situation that had happened to me due to their negligence and they did not want to fix it. This affected my finances and I asked them to please fix it. I was told yes we will right away. Two months later and repeated attempts and being told they will fix it I ended up having to take care of it myself. Nothing worse then every time going there I have to hear the shampoo girl telling people she has a UTI. well I guess there is something worse..... One of the women working there has dogs that are neglected and left outside all day long in a small cage and a cat that has dander so bad from being left in a crate while being on vacation for three weeks!!! Or more!!! so so so so sad! Run the other way pet lovers I warn you!!!
