They never realize we the customers pay their salaries and we are not obligated to use them?? Too many good competent vets on the area to tolerate belligerent even hostel employees. I had a situation that had happened to me due to their negligence and they did not want to fix it. This affected my finances and I asked them to please fix it. I was told yes we will right away. Two months later and repeated attempts and being told they will fix it I ended up having to take care of it myself. Nothing worse then every time going there I have to hear the shampoo girl telling people she has a UTI. well I guess there is something worse..... One of the women working there has dogs that are neglected and left outside all day long in a small cage and a cat that has dander so bad from being left in a crate while being on vacation for three weeks!!! Or more!!! so so so so sad! Run the other way pet lovers I warn you!!!

Compassionate, Caring, Wonderful people…read more I was a newcomer to this state and town and picked Dr. Edward's Hardin County Veterinary Hospital out of the phone book - and I'm glad I did! The entire staff (front and back office) are kind, caring, generous people. Dr. Edwards has a wonderful bedside manner, is very calm and mild mannered, but will give you his honest opinions on your options. He is open to other ideas and is very willing to follow your wishes for pet care while still letting you know what he thinks should be done. While I have never had to have major surgery done on any of my pets (and so am unfamiliar with their surgical facilities/capabilities), I have no doubt your pets are in the best of hands with these people.
