I ended up back in the hospital for 7 days and have spent over a year struggling. I've attempted to get response from them and all I've received in a year is - the therapist doesn't work for us. Contracted individuals are the responsibility of the organization Office of professional discipline and department of health both found deficiencies and significant problems on complaint. Even with those findings I get no answer from Good Samaritan. My leg probably has permanent damage from this therapist I would not recommend using Good Samaritan for any services at all. If this is how they respond to patients I wouldn't risk it under any circumstances

I normally don't post reviews but I just got off the phone with their receptionist Maureen who took exception to my looking for an understanding of when I might hear back from my physical therapist, she got snippy, and after finally answering me, she hung up on me. I assume she's a little confused as to what her role is as a receptionist and thinks it's OK to be rude to the customers. I will say this though, I still recommend the facility just beware of Maureen
