My question was who gave them permission to access my account in the first place . I had closed my checking account because of this and they told me because of that I would have to take it up with zelle. What does zelle have to do with my account where they can access your account and remove money without my permission . I wouldnt trust them with a nickel !!! How does that work , they give it to anyone ? Then customer service tells me to call zelle , they can't help me? What kind of backwards bull is that ? The $83.00 late fee is not the issue it is his word and integrity that is questionable. This company can not be trusted.
