I've been a customer of Compass for about 3 years now. I've been dealing with Debbie from day one, and I hope she never leaves. I was originally a customer of the facility across the street, at one time I had 2 10x20 units. I was with them since they opened, they gave me a pretty good deal. A new manager took over and my rates went up, which was fine, I moved my possessions to one unit,my problem was that they wanted me to pay the rent for the higher priced unit which was approx 50 more per month than I was paying, and was rude about it on top of it. I called Debbie, she wanted my business, got me a low monthly rate, and calls me if it's going up, she will love you more if you use auto debit from your account. Great place 5 star. Conference room, clean. There should be more businesses like this. read more

My husband and I rented a storage unit here for a few months. The manager Debbie is wonderful. She was very friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The facility itself is very clean, and offers you everything you would expect with a storage center. This location also features a very nice business center, which is such a convenience, and in my opinion, an added bonus. I would (and have) recommended Compass Self Storage to my friends, and would definitely use again for any future storage that I may need. read more

The team working at Compass Self Storage are the best! They are super friendly, professional and make you feel at ease when there. The facility is always very clean which also let's you know that the staff there really care about what they do and gives you the sense of security that storing your personal stuff there will be a non-issue. On the day that we moved, I had arranged for a storage at self storage by the name of Antone in westville. We were behind 10 minutes so we called Anotone at self storege to let them know we are on the way with a truck load to store. Antone gave us an attitude because we would be 5 minutes late. So on the way there we ran into Debbie Dukes at compass self storge just to get a rate. Debbie was very pleasant in helping us with our storage needs.
