We pulled in@4:40, the lady tells my wife that it takes 30 minutes to complete the reservation and we'll have to come back! Really? Numbly, we leave. Sunday, open until 4pm, there at 2:30, the 'unit', the last unit, the door is broken. Of course it is. The entire place is concrete blocks and be tin roofs. Plenty of larger, more expensive ones available. Pay that rate for one month and we'll make it right next month? I'm still in the truck because of I go in, we're out of here. Told the wife to get a smaller unit or leave in 10 minutes. This is not the Capital Grille folks. Not Happy, can't recommend this place.

They sent someone out to review the items I needed moved. Again totally professional - Lorenzo did a great job. Day of move they were on time and ready to work immediately. Blanket wrapped and shrink wrapped all of my items and took extra care with the most fragile. I packed boxes and marked them so that they were placed in the right rooms for me to u pack. Ned frame was taken apart and mattresses shrink wrapped and then reassembled at my new location. The whole move took about 3 hrs from start to finish.
