Whether it's the oversized wash bay (that even has a movable staircase for tall vehicles!), the propane refill station, the holding tank dump station, or the extra wide driveways which make maneuvering large vehicles and/or trailers into the units incredibly easy, available electric service in units, the 24 hour gated secure access, video surveillance, online bill pay, etc. The place just seems like it was created with their customers in mind, and they've definitely done a great job! Just returned from a trip, opened the front gate with a remote, pulled into the convenient dump station to empty tanks and refill on fresh water, backed over to the propane station and topped off, then put the rig away without having to rewinterize in the enclosed storage space with power hook-up. The Livingston's are very professional, hands-on owner-managers that are great to work with. Many RV owners will be "on-the-fence" regarding the higher cost of this facility compared to the "lots", but for me so-far it's been well worth it.

We've extended our rental multiple times and tried to renew through the app and the 1-800 number since the store line rings endlessly without anyone answering. Every time we extended, we were overcharged, with no clear explanations, and were met with the manager's rude and dismissive attitude. After emailing U-Haul's customer service directly about these issues, they didn't bother to contact me but referred my complaint back to the general manager, who called me. Unfortunately, this call was even worse. The GM was incredibly unprofessional, taking my complaint personally and speaking with a noticeable level of aggression. He repeatedly interrupted me, questioned my honesty, and insisted that the fluctuating charges were just "estimates charged based on what the system felt was appropriate." He seemed to use the fact our card was declined as vindication for the attitude from "Jeanne" He even suggested that because we weren't allowed to renew through the app, we were somehow being dishonest "because that just doesn't make any sense" By the end of the call, I was left in tears. Luckily-I've recorded the call this time and shared it with the Better Business Bureau and my substantial social media platform, so others know what kind of customer service they can expect from this location. It's clear where the employees have picked up their disrespectful approach. I would strongly advise avoiding this location if you value respect, fair treatment, or clear communication from your rental provider.

During the move floors were unprotected and gouged and scratched and walls were also scratched and gouged. A 3 piece wall unit was ripped apart without the connecting bolts removed. In addition, 2 of the 6 glass doors were broken. A dryer and freezer were both damaged and the freezer stopped working. Parts were left anywhere. For example, 2 futons were taken apart. At the new house futon parts were found in the garage, some in the kitchen and others in the basement. Shelves to a bookcase were not found. Trash was left behind in our yard after they left. This is not a comprehensive list, just the major highlights. I filed a claim, and almost 4 months later here are the results. The damages to floors and walls cost over $1600 to fix. They offer $0 to repair. The bookcase cost $1100 30 years ago, and $7000 to replicate. They offer $850. The freezer reimbursement offer was $60. I elected $10,000 insurance, but you see the results of my claim submission. Unfortunately, what I received was disorganization, lack of communication, and an unprofessional response that wasted my time. I requested very simple moving instructions…read moreincluding only moving items that were too heavy or too large for me to move on my own without a moving truck. This included approximately 9 pieces of furniture, One of which was a washing machine. The company advertised that they would both disassemble and reassemble beds et cetera which is one of the main reasons that I hired them. 2 movers were able to disassemble load move and reassemble my items in approximately 4 hours. Days later when the official moved to the new house occurred I noticed a couple of loose bolts on my children's loft beds. It's not a huge deal initially, but as I continued making beds I also noticed the headboard on the master bedroom bed was also loose. So I grabbed an Allen wrench and went forth to tighten bolts At which point I found that there were complete bolts missing from the beds which had not been properly re attached and pieces of the bed would need to be fully removed to properly attach the bolts. I contacted the company in order to have them resend movers to properly assemble my furniture. After consulting his movers the owner called me back to let me know that they claim that the pieces that were loose we're not pieces that they disassembled! An utter and complete lie by which he was going to abide and got very defensive when I told him they were outright lying. While they did finally send someone later that day to properly assemble my furniture, I found out later as I was hooking up my washing machine that it as well, while less than 1 year old (and never moved before) Was all scratched up.... It was pretty apparent that the reason for such scratches was that they had put the front of the washer against the Dolly rather than the back of the washer when loading it onto the moving truck. I proceeded to file a claim with the company for replacement of the unrepairable, unworking, scratch up washing machine only to be told that I was only going to receive 60 cents per pound for a destroyed washing machine!When I tried to dispute this their answer was " But you sign to contract and that's what it said". Do not trust this company with your belongings, they do not hire responsible movers, they do not stand by quality work, they are simply out to take your money destroy your property and then tell you to take a hike when you expect them to take responsibility for the destruction of your property.
