No flat beds or dollies to help you move your things to and from your unit. no power inside the unit (lights) in my unit on the 1st floor. a lot of moisture, i had to store everything in totes because it always felt wet. Was late on a payment but still had time to pay (my things wasn't up for auction but yet and still they cut my lock off and took pictures of my things when I still had time to pay. on top of that it was really no need to cut the lock off when they could have just put their lock on the unit. And They force you to pay $20 for their lock because they automatically charge you for it. I would NOT recommend
