I had an emergency and needed storage quickly the website was a little buggy on my desktop but worked fine on mobile. I was able to secure a space online quickly, easily get access, and store my things. Don called me with a problem and when I explained my situation he was extremely helpful in finding a work-around. Storage unit was clean and dry, the facility seemed to be safe and secure, but prices are definitely higher than other rentals around. Also important to know that they pro-rate your rent when you move in, but not on termination. read more

Avoid this place. My rate doubled in less than a year. There is rarely a staff member on site and I have found rat droppings in my unit.

I have been a customer here for several years and this is the best storage I have seen. Always clean and I had the pleasure of working with Ron the manager to rent an additional space. The storage facility called me and set up a 9:30am appointmentand when I got there the doors were locked and lights off no sign on door I saw other customers and they also told me that it's very difficult to fine someone here after calling many times and leaving message and still 2 days later and still haven't received a call back read more

I paid my rent for April. Talked to this not yo smart John. It took him over half hr to figure things out. I had 2 locks on units that was paid for. He said yes he would take them off. I come back & there are locks on all of them. Seems like the pS worker guy didn't deposit the checks in time. So it showed on one of their web page all paid for. & on another of their web pages the are not paid for. But John said he sees where my check was put through & the $ is out if my checking account. So WHY am I locked out. Took time out of my work schedule to go over & work in those units. I hate stupid people who work in areas that they don't know what they are doing read more

We moved into our rental unit yesterday at the Avon rd location in Rochester Hills, MI. I completed the paperwork in the office. I already had insurance and a pad lock. Samara was a treat! She went out of her way to complete the paperwork and find us the best unit for our needs. She had been there only a week. She's a keeper!!! read more

Rarely is anyone in the office at this facility. Signed on here when it was new and owned by a different company. It was always staffed and supervised daily. Now, no one around. Friday I couldn't get into the facility since the drive in entry door was malfunctioning. Others could not get into the facility either with their codes. After contacting an 800 customer service number I was told that a manager would call me back. 8 hours later I got a call. This facility was also very clean but now it is not kept clean. There are only two elevators for this large facility. Be careful moving into this place with a lower than others monthly fee. You get what you pay for! read more

They raised the rent, like they do every 6 mths, up to 50% more, I called & the woman told me to pay the usual rent amount & she put in a request for no raised rent difference. It would take few days to get back to me. By time they got back to me, they added a late fee & a $50 Lein fee plus the $38 rate increase. I had left the unit empty & unlocked. But they charged me for another month on top of it all. They are stealing my money, when I did what they told me. Crooks, & unfair business practices when they also raise the rent 35-45%. read more
