Excellent Dentist. Having moved from another State was very happy to find this dentist. Made a phone call and immediately felt they were the place for us. Front desk actually answers the phone, friendly and verified our insurance. Was able to schedule my husband and I within 2 weeks Office us a cute house, beautiful inside and out. Clean and nicely decorated. Had very updated X-ray machines and exam rooms. Felt very comfortable with all employees and Mondi did an excellent cleaning of my teeth. Then I met Dr. Nguyen and my husband saw Dr. Nate. Both very friendly and professional and had pride in their office. Highly recommend you go by for a visit. It was hard to replace our dentist of 38 yrs but this place made us feel comfortable and right at home! read more

Mundi was a very sweet dental hygienist and i would give her alone 5/5 stars. They take a very aggressive and costly approach when it comes to fillings. They prefer to fill rather than watch and wait to see if and little problem will actually form into a cavity. The dr felt very judgmental and only spent about 30 seconds looking in my mouth. And they were charging about $371 for a 2 surface or $453 for a 3 surface filling which is about 1.5x more then where i ended up going to get my fillings done read more

Started going to Arrowhead which is less than a mile from my home for the last year and a half. First two visits were excellent and I only get a cleaning. The staff always friendly and on my third visit I got a "shock" and a half when they informed me the charges for nitrous went up 400%. WHAT? Previously paid $44 and they were now going to charge $164. I cancelled my appointment on the spot and told them I would be looking for a new dentist. Very disappointed as I liked this place but reading other reviews it looks like there is new ownership. read more

Dr. Nate and staff are wonderful. Everyone here is kind and friendly from the receptionist to the billing. The building is very cute with cheerful music playing. I used to procrastinate big time with going to the dentist but now I enjoy seeing them at Arrowhead Ranch. I am pregnant and had to have some fillings/crown repaired. I was dreading it big time because I just don't want to be in pain. Dr. Nate and Ulissa took amazing care of me. They were so considerate of my needs and anxiety. They made sure I did not feel pain. I've been here around 10 times now and I spent $5k out of pocket to have Invisalign through them. On multiple occasions I've waited 30+ minutes in the lobby past my appointment time. One of these times exceeded an hour. I've received phone call reminders from scheduling personnel that contradicted one another. The clinical manager who schedules for the doctors was rude and my first time talking to her about the contradicted times she said "I was there when it was scheduled, I don't know how you got confused." Unbeknownst to me, my doctor left the practice halfway through my Invisalign treatment, and I only just found out. I'm a medical student, and if I behaved the way some of the staff behaves at this dentistry office, I would be dismissed pending internal review. These are licensed dental professionals who have lower standards than students. If you enjoy being belittled by the administration because of errors on their end then this place should be perfect. As I write this I don't doubt why my preferred doctor left. As a medical student and previously licensed medical professional: please do not start treatment here. There is an obvious lack of care and you will notice it in how they treat you as a person. Update: Dr Chase quit providing care with no explanation as to why. Rather than take the opportunity to learn and determine what the problems were (I was open to editing and changing my review if they addressed it), they refunded me and sent me on my way with permanent hardware still in my mouth. Clearly the doctor never cared about providing treatment. I implore you, STAY AWAY. The doctor threw a temper tantrum and told me I was being cut off, while suggesting I wouldn't be successful in private practice as a future doctor. He then scuttled out of the office and ran to the back. This is a mode of healthcare that only works when prospective patients can't see how other patients are treated and it is hopelessly doomed. Update 2: I've spoken to multiple law firms about this. It would seem Dr. Chase has a bit of a history of poor business practice. While my case is too small to take to court, it does constitute dental malpractice as patient abandonment. If you could choose a dentist who does or doesn't commit malpractice, what would you choose? Because this one clearly has no issues with malpractice. read more

Hygienists are NOT dentists. If you are looking for a practice where you see the actual dentist, this is not the place for you, especially if Fridays are when you have an appointment. Headed downhill fast since Dr. Chase sold this to the new owners. Prices are extremely high. Lobby is dirty and uninviting. Blaring loud very poor sounding pop music throughout the office. Consultation rooms are dirty and stink. Everything is a sales pitch, not even a good one at that. If you are coming here looking for the service that was once provided, you are going to be sadly disappointed. Initial visit was 400 dollars, only service provided was a teeth cleaning in which they did not polish anything. Just a quick scrape. Was told these cleanings are recommended 4 times a year, yet their "VIP" plan they try and sell you is 2 cleanings a year. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. I dont need to be sold a 10% discount for 30 dollars a month. For the cost of 360 dollars a year, you get to take 10% off your bill. So if you pay 360 dollars for the discount, then spend 15,000 dollars on care, it will save you $1140 dollars. WOW! WHAT A DEAL!! Dr. Dockstader is nowhere to be found, never saw him. This is NOT the business it once used to be. read more

RipOFF outfit. Will not do what you ask, but will try and charge you for everything under the sun and smile while doing it. I used my phone and timed just how much time was used for a cleaning and how much time talking up more Serivices. She was in my mouth for 2.45 Mins. and I was in her chair for 40 mins. She tried to get me to sign a paper about a cleaning that would cost me $2300. The first thing I had done was to replace 3 crowns. Nothing special, just replace. No grinding, no drilling. Just make an impression and make caps for 3. Their phone will tell you same day, but it took 65 days. And at a cost of $6000. read more

First visit...got a regular teeth cleaning. Office staff was nice. My wife and I were offered an optional fluoride treatment while sitting in the chair wrapping up our cleaning. We said yes because the hygienist told us it was covered by our insurance. I now have a bill in the mail for the fluoride treatments. I absolutely love this dentist office! The building itself is so adorable and cozy that you feel right at home. Everyone I have come in contact with has been ridiculously nice and welcoming. The dentist Dr. Chase is amazing as well. I was told at a different dentist office that I needed $5,000 worth of dental work done. I questioned it because I wasn't in pain at all and I take care of my teeth. I'm so thankful that I found this office. I've never had a better experience then I did today! Everyone was super friendly but my favorite part was Marriah! She was the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth and she scraped hard enough for me to know she was doing the job but was gentle enough it didn't hurt. She walked me through everything and was very personable and talked to me like she was a friend which I really enjoyed! She's the reason I will go back and will continue to go out of my way to go to Arrowhead Ranch Dentistry! When I left they gave me everything I could possibly need such as an assortment of floss, mouth wash, picks , tooth brush, tooth paste, and a tongue scrubber! Dr Chase and his staff are the best. As I got older I began to have some dental issues that made me have anxiety about going to the dentist and what I was "in for". Dr Chase has a way of bringing down your anxiety level and making everything very easy and unintimidating. He is not at all the type that nickels and dimes your for every little thing. They are definitely not a "discount dentist" but I swear that they have saved me a small fortune by not recommending services that my "discount dentist" insisted that my family needed - but didn't. Had my first appointment today and everything from the checkin process to the cleanliness of the place was well above average. I should note that they saw me for a toothache and were willing to get me in last minute which was unbelievable. The staff was super polite and professional and the Dr. was very nice, down to earth and seems very knowledgeable. The dentist themselves are wonderful people and do a great job. However the staff is horrible! On 2 different occasions I have had a credit balance on my account that took forever to get back, literally months. I even took the necessary steps to contact my insurance company to support my claim of the credit balance. Their bookkeeping is the worst. Never get a call back you must keep calling to get anything done. Once they see the credit then they take not a few days to resolve but WEEKS, and you won't hear anything unless you call and follow up. They say they will callback by that is farthest from the truth. You would think they would want to keep their books clean and updated for audit purposes, but that is not the case. Beware office may look good upfront but the back end stinks! read more

I made an appointment because it was close, and veteran owned. The dentist and hygienist were great. However, that experience ended after I paid cash for the visit. I did not have my insurance card with me, so I agreed to pay cash for the visit. I called the next day and let them know who I had insurance through. The staff informed me they did not know if the dentists was covered under my policy, and would contact me the next day. A week went on with still no contact, so I called them. I was again told they did not know if it was covered, but the billing coordinator would call me. Which of course never happened. I had walked into the office and the following day and they still couldn't tell me. I had previously asked to speak with the office manager, but she was on vacation, every time I asked apparently. So I requested my x-rays so I could give them to the new dental clinic I had made an appointment with. I was disappointed, but it's not my practice and there are plenty of other dental practices. Today I got a bill from the insurance company that they had said they did not know if it was covered! They also sent me a bill to pay more on top of what I had already pain in cash. I took it in to their office today, and was told they had not been paid by the insurance company, and they could do nothing at this time. I will just keep going back until they can figure out what to do with my billing. This is one of those places that you hope you are done with, but something keeps bringing you back there. Based on the staffs unresponsiveness, I am sure I'm not the first one to complain about the lack of communication. Take my review for what it's worth, but I will be happy when I don't have to deal with the place again. I do recommend Arrowhead Family Dentistry, great staff and responsive to questions. read more

I have been searching high and low for a good dentist. One that is not out to get money from their patients but actually care about their patients teeth and dental health! I FINALLY FOUND THAT! I had an appointment with Dr. Chase, and Suzy the RDH. Dr. Chase was so sweet, genuinely cared about my questions, went over the health of my teeth and made me feel so important. I then had my cleaning done by Suzy and professional, sweet, funny and experienced are just some of the things I could say! She was extremely caring as well, talked to me the whole time, did an AMAZING job cleaning my teeth and once I was done, my mouth felt absolutely incredible.
