I am 82 years and have been a patient of Dr Gordon for two years. He is a wonderful and caring health provider. He is a good listener and he spends a lot of time with me, and I am sure, all his patients. Elder years are difficult enough with all the pains and anxiety, but with Dr Gordon's advice and cannabis, these years are going by much more comfortably and cheerfully. I am free from harmful Rx pills for pain, anxiety, depression or insomnia. This clinic is staffed by highly qualified and dedicated nurses and assistants. This goes out for the GM of this establishment DONNA because she specifically said said she does not care about what my opinion is and she SPECIFICALLY told me to go write a review. So I want everyone to know how disappointed I am with this office. This is a fair warning to everybody they DO NOT abide by doctor patient confidentiality rules!!! I recently had called to speak to my doctor. Because it's my doctor and he knows my personal problems I do not feel comfortable telling random strangers about it.. however in order to talk to the doctor I talk talk to the GM (the head boss of this location, her name was DONNA)for her to tell me that I'm not allowed to talk to the doctor unless I tell her what my problem is and got all snippy with me proceeded to say that she's the GM she's the owner and if I can tell the doctor I can tell her. I said I don't feel comfortable telling a complete random stranger about my personal health conditions I would like to make an appointment with my doctor, and her response was don't bother wasting your time with the doctor if you won't even talk to me. Now This is the manager of this establishment and this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. She basically refused to let me talk to the doctor unless I told her what my problem was and I didn't feel comfortable doing that so I have sense then switched doctors and I feel like everybody should be aware that there is no confidentiality there and the office staff does not actually care about you... just your money. This is pretty sad, I have never had any issues with my actual doctor and I really enjoyed him and the helpful information however I do not feel safe in this clinic anymore. read more

What a RIP OFF this Office is!! They treat their patients like crap and don't care!! They do immoral things like over charge, hang up on you if they don't like you, lie about their staff names, insult you, stop your meds and not release you, things of that nature. A word to the wise. This is a very new program, and if I can save anyone else the hassle and money then that is what I am here to do. I had to make a formal complaint to Tallahassee and so have many others according to the folks up there. They stopped my medicine and wouldn't refund or pro rate my 5 weeks I had left.
