She asked to put me on hold to speak to the Dr. She was able to get me an emergency appointment for the next day. I was shocked! R by The next day as I was driving there somehow I couldn't locate the building but the front desk guided me in. She was so nice and patient. I didn't have to wait after signing off on my new patient documents before being called back. They took care of my tooth and of course invited me back. This was the best experience I've had since my dentist that I used to see in Bala Cynwyd. Back in 2006.

Gave Marlton Family Dentistry $510 to have the Cracked Crown Fixed/Replaced. Day of my Crown Replacement the Dental Hygienist took my Blood Pressure she said it was High, so that Appt had to be rescheduled. I rescheduled that Appt and I was Sick that week so I had to cancel. I get an Automated Text Message for an Appt I don't recall making. Anyways show up for the Appt and here it's a Cleaning?? But still have a Cracked Crown in my Mouth going on over a Year. Told them I Don't want a Cleaning, I want my Issue Fixed. I Paid $510 and still haven't had it Fixed as of Today 5/26/26. Told Kelly just Refund the $510 and I will go somewhere else. She told me she has to talk to Dr Blake?? Spoke to Kelly today she is gonna Refund me, But minus $75 cause I didn't want the Cleaning Done!! After years of neglect and inspite of never having had a cavity, my teeth started to fail. The initial consultation was very thorough and I was able to meet what would become my care team. Seeing the CT scan, we all felt it best to pull the remaining teeth, deal with any infections, get bone graphs, and full upper and lower implants. I felt absolutely no pressure to go with any specific option (3 were available). At that same visit, I arranged financing, chose my teeth color and scheduled surgery for three weeks out. Due to increasing pain levels I requested that surgery be moved up a week and they were able to accommodate me. Day of surgery I was very nervous and they took the time to ensure I was ok before starting. Went out like a light from the anesthesia and woke up pleasantly numb. I was taken to a recovery room where I promptly fell asleep once again. Before I knew it, I was woken up to have my healer implants put in (yes, I walked out with a full set of teeth). Post surgery, day one the swelling started, and then the bruising but I had no pain other than the cuts at the corners of my mouth. I am now 8 days post surgery. No more swelling, just a small bruise on my chin and I can smile again. The implants did take getting used to as my bite is now corrected, but even that is a minor inconvenience.
