It has been so hard to get any updates or the appropriate care from the facility. Hospice was recently recommended and Angel Care reached out. They have been so caring, communicative, and have really advocated for her care. I've heard from them more in the last week than I have from the facility in the last 6 months. They really care about their patients and I have great peace of mind knowing they are overseeing her care to make sure she is comfortable and coping well.

She threatened to cut off services beause I was advocating for the health care that was needed and attempting to ask questions. it was a 3 minute call. 6 calendar days later Adult Protective Services was at the house of the lady I take care of Which has never happened before. it was a retaliation for my advocating for my Senior neighbor Whom I have cared for for a long time now and she was just released from Hospice and put with this agency. All is well because it was a false report however I want to make a PSA to consider other options before using this one. They have 1 star for a reason. The doctor has a new facility that will be taking over. You cannot trust people that lie and do these types of nasty moves.

It is so different from the places I've seen before. It looks like a comfortable, warm, and beautiful home, which is reassuring to the residents. The staff is loving and kind. The staff takes remarkable care of the residents. Also, the food is good, and the schedule revolves around the residents, which is remarkable. And, impeccably clean and has lovely grounds in a beautiful, private area. They get lots of love and attention. There are Caregivers on staff and a wonderful manager, and there are plenty of people working at all times. The staff is careful to answer all my questions, and never act like they are too busy to talk to me. I can't stress enough how special Country Care is. We are so lucky that our loved one can live there and be loved and doted on by the remarkable staff. They have a passion for providing the best possible care for people and for serving their families.

She spent time with my wife to be able to find the right caregiver that she would send out to help with her needs. The owner also came out on the first day to better understand the procedures of care that my wife needed so that she could train her caregivers on how to best take care of my wife. The caregiver she assigned to us was wonderful. She took great care of my wife and helped me with household chores. She went above and beyond to make sure my wife was comfortable and that she had everything she needed. When I had to make changes to the schedule, they were able to accommodate and get us the help we needed. I would highly recommend Sugar N Spice for caregiving needs that you may have.
