An agent didn't even join the chat until after hours. - Further attempts to receive my package in a reasonable timeline have been unsuccessful - it is now estimated over two weeks for an item that was supposedly "in stock today, ready within 1 hour" With the possibility of "if it doesn't show up by x, we'll issue a refund". - Absolute joke of a service. One should be able to call a store and figure out an order without days of corporate 'we got your money, good luck contacting a human.'

Sometimes bought only one item or none within a year and my card was always active. Yesterday I was purchasing a Laptop online and the website declined my payment several times so I called their 1-800 number on my BestBuy Creditcard just to find our they closed because I didn't buy anything for the last 6 months. I asked if they can reactivate my card but their answer was for me to re-apply and get a new one which means have my credit pulled and run leaving a hard inquiry that will affect my credit. Beware of Best Buy now because if you do not buy anything for 6 months, they will force you to re-apply and affect your credit just to have their creditcard. I wanted to take advantage of the 0% but I couldn't get it and I refused to re-apply as they were telling me was the only option I had. I am very disappointed and from now on I will avoid buying anything from Best Buy.

    I cracked my iPhone 4S screen many moons ago and over time continued to drop it randomly, until…read morefinally, shards of glass sprinkling my ear, I took it in to the Apple store...to be told they won't fix their own phones! Well, not only did I not want to pay $200 for a refurb replacement, I didn't want a different phone with lame iOS 6. I was pretty sure those world of wireless places would fix it, but to be honest, I was leery of leaving my phone, with my nudie pics and bank account info at the cell phone pawn shop. I briefly considered ordering a kit and fixing it myself, but decided I wasn't prepared to go w/o my phone if I frigged it up. So I did what I always do: turn to yelp. I saw iDoctor had 5 stars, and also read a review that said they got their phone fixed at the wireless place and had to have it re-fixed here anyway (made me feel better about my pre-judgement!). Anyhow, I made an appt because I went on a Saturday, but they do take walk-ins, time permitting. I dropped it off and it was ready before I was done devouring my Pasta Zola! Repair was $140 and he offers a sort of insurance/discount type of thing: for $20 he will fix it again for 1 yr, for $30 he will fix it twice in the next yr. I took him up on the $20 option and feel pretty good about it; gravity seems to be stronger around my phone for some reason!

The guy said it would take an hr. so we grabbed lunch at noon and came back. Needless to say he hadn't even been able to get the lens off yet & told us to stop by, by closing (9p). It's now 5:37p, they tried to give us the phone back & when we went to look at the replacement lens by turning the phone over- IT FELL OUT! Then we noticed HUGE GOUGES in the phone around the lens that the repair guy made just trying to take the lens out! We called Gary-the owner, needless to say he could have cared less! He said he was in the middle of dinner & we were ruining his night! We asked for a discount on services being that they gouged the back of my husbands phone & didn't return it in the same condition we brought it in. Gary said no, it's not their fault, we are expected to pay full price. He again stated we ruined his night, and continued to argue about how we should know how hard this is and to expect gouges!!! We said there was no disclaimer stating this nor did your staff state this!!! If you cannot do the job & return the item in the same condition it was brought in, then do not take the job!!

He came out and who knows what he did. I had to pay for it again. Three times I had the appointment scheduled and no one has showed up. You can't call geek squad you can't talk to the store manager. You can call the customer service number which you are watsing your time it will be someone who does not speak english well and last night the guy said return it. I ask to speak to a manger they wouldn't let me. It's upsetting to me on so many levels. The disrespect from people who wouldn't born here the company for letting their customers not being taken. I write this review as I hope people will not buy from best buy. Please save your pocket book your sanity.

The On-Line website indicated if I placed the Order within 5 hrs I would receive on Monday, then later with additions.... Tuesday!! Finally, the Main Camera portion of the Order indicated to be delivered today, 7/24; and a 2nd portion of Solar Power Units would be delivered Thursday, 7/25.... Ironically on Monday received a notice of a problem with the UPS Shipper out of Washington state and My ORDER Wouldn't arrive until July 30th!! WTH? The On-Line ORDER CHAT LINE WAS WORTHLESS.... I Requested the Camera portion be delivered and would accept the Secondary Delay! No Dice, just run-around Goobly-Gook..... I asked about Local Store Stock; ZERO, ZIP NOTHING!!! I went to the Local Store at Eden Prairie Mall.... Received about identical BS runaround.... Geek Squad Mgr said I could PURCHASE WHAT I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED FOR $710+ (Supposed $400 Savings) and then return Delayed items for Credit..... I said NO.... I should be able to receive a package from Stock. MGR. Said NO, I HAD TO PURCHASE A UNIT!!! I said BS! and left.... *** AWFUL, WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
